I wanted to try a new place to get my shellac done. My friend goes here all the time and she said she loves it there and the customer service was great! BUT that was NOT my experience at all!! First off, I was greeted and got seated right away I had a girl who did not speak to me at all but had a great conversation with the other co-worker and when she did talk to me it was to only ask how I wanted my nails (once.) I always get the french tip and it lasts me a good 2 1/2- 3 weeks long, this time 3 DAYS TOPS! It was awful and besides the chipping, 2-day life span of my shellac, I received hangnails on almost all of my fingers too!! So with my experience I will NEVER go back there and waste my money on a 3 day shellac manicure. Don't waste your money and find a better place!
