i work with jason..he was great...very knowledgeable and patient..even when he helped me initially on my issue with my 750i bmw he took care his customers and came back to check on me and we figured out the issue..ironically he saved me 1500.00 because i was going to take it to bmw ...great guy and excellent people skills..im a black man and i felt very very comfortable with him..10 stars for jason..

Just wanted to give Jason a shout out for replacing my interior dome lights. They were hard to get out for me, and he came out and popped em out and put the new ones in .He was very friendly and professional. Thanks Jason!

David at the counter was so kind and helpful. He changed my windshields wipers and it was near freezing outside! He was quick from looking up my part to installing my wipers. His coworker was also very kind and funny!

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Lots of inventory in stock and they're always super helpful in finding what you need. Special shout out to Jacob, who found me the right wiper blades AND came out to my car and installed them in probably less than 2 minutes. Now THAT'S customer service! Love this place- would highly recommend. I know everyone loves Amazon shopping but let's not forget about our great local stores and the opportunity to support our community and the employees working locally.

Stopped here a couple of days ago because my check engine light came on as I was leaving work and David helped me out. He ran diagnostics, figured out the code was for my coolant/thermostat, filled my coolant for me, and printed a quote for the part I might need if that didn't fix the problem. Luckily, I drove home without any issues and the check engine light has since disappeared. Very grateful for David's excellent customer service, he was super friendly and helpful.

I pulled into the store yesterday with a car battery that had been acting up and needing a jump/testing. Shay, one of the staff members promptly brought out the equipment and tried to get my vehicle started but the battery was too far gone. As always, I was in a hurry and had appointments to go to. Shay competitively shopped a new battery, provided guidance and the tools needed which allowed me to replace the battery in a short time and make my commitments. This was outstanding customer service by Shay and made O’Reilly’s my “go to” store for auto parts and accessories. I recommend without reservations.
