Generally did not have a problem in the past, but today there was a brunette woman who said she was allergic to dogs after I came up with my service animal, and then promptly left and had others skip my husband and I in line and no one serviced us. Everyone just let others skip us and were unsympathetic to us as customers. It is highly unprofessional for an establishment to allow their employee to disrespect their patrons by having a sign that says they welcome service animals, just to treat you in an undignified manner and treat you and your disability like it is the problem. If she is allergic, an employee should have promptly replaced her spot and helped us instead of pushing us to the side and treating us like chopped liver. I do not recommend going to this brunette woman with longer wavy hair. She was uncalled for and calloused in her actions, and I hope her actions are rectified by management. It is just such a shock that someone so disrespectful and with such bad attitude could be working service at a reputable place such as here.

Don't come here needing a notary. It's just not worth the pain and wait time. This is the second time I've done this I and I'm FINISHED. NO MORE. It just shouldn't be this big of a deal to help a member. If this wasn't so important, I'd skip the half hour wait. And that's assuming the notary will be brave enough to do her job this time.I take that back. Now there is no approximate wait time for me to get service. I'm done.

I have been to multiple NFC, and this branch is by far the worst. Outside temp was 75, and the building had no AC, Very hot and sticky.Also the customer service agents rude, had us wait for more than 45 minutes.Like I said the worst.

This is regarding NFCU in general, I have Never had such a Wonderful relationship with a financial institution of Any kind ~ they are always friendly & willing to help in any way they can... and the 24hr customer service line is the best I've ever dealt with... they always do their utmost best to help you with whatever you need... I would recommend them to anyone.

Easy parking not to crowded giving the. yay street they are on. Nice employees, This location also have a drive thru unlike the tw/o other ones located in pierce county.

If I could give Navy Federal Credit Union zero stars I would. I've been a member since last year, my account has always been on the "up & up" with zero issue, and the one time I deposit legit paper checks I am treated like a criminal I had no problem with the legal five day hold waiting for the checks to clear five days turned into 10 business days and mind you all access to my account was blocked. I waited an illegal 14 days for my money. The checks cleared the second business day and now they're closing my account because during those fourteen days I visited a branch four times, waited for two hours on hold to unsuccessfully speak to security to have the hold lifted six times(12 hours of my life I can never get back which probably took alot from my life expectancy because of how furious and frustrated I am by this point). On the 14 business day they do another check to make sure my deposit was "good", it was and I was instructed to visit a branch to withdraw funds and file a security appeal to keep my account open. All my bill pays everything was connected to my NFCU account now I'm behind on my bills and because of this senseless and useless action, access to my other accounts connected to my NFCU accounts access is blocked. NFCU hasn't even offered me any help to rectify the situation I should charge them interest for the time they held onto my money. Thinking about filing a complaint with the NCUA.

The teller was nice but not so professional. When a customer is requesting to withdraw large sums of money (over $10k), providing a private space should be an appropriate action, yet, she openly asked me to give sensitive information out loud for everyone to hear. I probably should’ve spoken up about it but for those that don’t know, just ask to for a private space.I have more to say but I also find it’s my fault for not speaking up.I ended up gettin the service I needed, thankfully. Just try and be more sensitive to the customers needs. Life goes on.

This branch does not take responsibility for their own mistakes on their clients accounts. This branch takes long to resolve issues and blame customers for the information they put on their customers account incorrectly. As a company are under a lawsuit by a new Jersey resident. Are not to be trusted with one's money if they are not ethical and honest with their mistake

Went to open an account and everyone was friendly. The person who helped us was very understanding of our time and the fact that our kids were not interested in being there. She was patient and worked with us to make the experience super easy.
