Terrible service. It would be worth it to go literally anywhere else. Didn’t get the guys name that works at the counter but he has no knowledge and a bad attitude.

Was told by a gentleman yesterday that they would do outside bearing and seal on a jeep jk axle just wouldn't have a warranty. Called today and asked if that included taking off the bearing and putting it back on and this new gentleman named Jack told me that they don't do that and I have to go to the Napa off of Pacific for the same service I'm looking for. Very poor customer service and funny how one guy on the phone told me one thing and the other guy told me another. Won't be returning for service to this location.

Even though they were unable to find the part for my 76 year old car, they took the time to turn over every stone looking for it. They even abandoned the computers and looked in these strange things called "Books" during the search.

First, this location does not accept used oil.
Ordered part online late night and was able to pick it up at reasonable time the next day.

Placed an online order simple instock item. Went to pick it up and was told I had a 4 hour wait. The store was EMPTY and there was 1 order on board before it. I could have picked filter off shelf myself but he wouldnt!! We canceled order and will not be back.
