I called today to find out if I could reschedule my appointment for a sooner date or later time because of my work schedule. A lady named Brittney answered the phone, and had the worst attitude because I misunderstood what she had said. If Brittney doesn’t have the patience to provide customer service then she shouldn’t be working in a job that requires her to answer the phone all day and see patients. She most likely hates her job. Poor Brittney must be miserable being her.

I've been at this location for a while and was satisfied with the provider I had. Unfortunately, she moved on and I've been seeing my new provider for almost a year. I've only come in a handful of times and usually she is indifferent at best. After being sick for over a month and in and out of urgent care, I came in for a follow up. As soon as she walked in the room you could tell she wasn't interested in helping at all. She was impatient, rude and unsympathetic. I will be changing doctors. Go anywhere else.

This office does not care about you or your well being, to them you are just another number walking through the door. My husband, son and I have been patients here for years. My husband for over 10 years now, when my sons pediatrician left they had established us with a new care provider but told us that they were months out and could not get him scheduled until way after his 9 month check up, because of this I found someone that could get him in when he needed. Somehow along the lines I had missed my own appointment, had I known I had an appointment I would have called to cancel. To them that does not matter, they do not offer a one time forgiveness to an established family that has faithfully used this office. It is completely disheartening to know that they have no compassion for someone that made an honest mistake. Instead the write you off and tell you good luck on finding a new practitioner. The front office lady Gail is completely rude, as the reviewer stated below, they do not care about you and go too much by policy instead of having any compassion for a human being. DO NOT go here unless you want to be de humanized and dismissed. I could have something seriously wrong that I needed checked and to them they do not care. And after reading the other reviews I am seeing my exact situation is a frequent problem here, that says a lot about the people running this place, along with their dismissive comments to the reviews not offering any sort of help, I would not recommend this office and strongly advise you to go somewhere that they will treat you like a human being, there are way too many options to waste your time on this one. Blessing in disguise that I no longer have to be treated this way here.

I’ve lived in this area for 3 years. I’ve never had issues at this location until today. The front desk receptionist and the medical assistant were rude to me because I came in for my ear infection to be rechecked and my belly button has a possible infection. Apparently they don’t see patients for different things in the same visit. I’ve never had an issue, even at the kids clinic (Mary Bridge part of Multi-Care). However, instead of talking to me nicely and treating me like a human being instead of focusing so hard on policy, I’d be able to connect and understand. Messages get lost in translation when you don’t treat people like human beings. The provider came in and was very nice. Told me it a case by case situation and she was sorry I was treated so poorly. Said it’s not a big deal to recheck the ear and look at a different issue because it takes seconds. Offered me an opportunity to talk to the manager and I declined. I said it was my first bad experience in 3 years so I’m okay, hopefully it doesn’t happen again. I was treated for my concerns and I hope when I need to come back that the front staff and medical assistant I get is actually friendly!

I had an appointment with Andrea Skipworth ARNP on 11/2 but had to cancel because I got sick with covid. Doing what I thought was the right thing, I tried calling to cancel my visit but was on hold for over an hour and there was no option to leave a voicemail saying I needed to cancel. I ended up sending a message through MyChart and was told I could reschedule this visit since I had covid; so I rescheduled. I obtained covid from work so I asked the Frederickson office if the provider could fill out some workers comp paperwork since I missed my appointment on 11/2 because I was so sick I could hardly get out of bed. I was also not trying to get anyone sick at the doctors office and thought it was responsible to stay at home and isolate since that’s what the CDC and employee health recommends. When I reached back out to see if the provider could fill out documents for my next visit on 11/27 the LPN Dana basically stated I was absurd to ask if the provider could fill out paperwork when I haven’t established care with them yet. Well my point was that I am trying to establish care but unfortunately with the society we live in today it takes 3-6 months to get an appointment with a new primary care provider. She stated she couldn’t help me and pawned me off to some other number to get another provider to help me out. She also informed me that because I “no showed” they couldn’t do anything to help me. I “no showed” because I had covid and the office never answered my call to cancel. She also informed me they still see patients even though they are positive for covid and I thought that was weird because that would mean they are exposing their staff as well as other vulnerable patients. Not everyone is smart enough to wear an N95 and yes this virus is still killing people. I suppose this office doesn’t take the virus seriously anymore because hey it’s 2023 so who cares. My main frustration came when she cancelled my upcoming appointment and messaged me back to go elsewhere to get my predicament taken care of. The thing is is that I didn’t just want the workers comp paperwork to be filled out, I also had other concerns I wanted to discuss with the provider. She didn’t care about any of my other needs and cancelled my appointment on MyChart without telling me she was going to cancel it. She completely dismissed my concerns as a patient. It’s already hard enough as it is finding a primary care provider and now I’m basically being treated of a lesser human being because I asked for some documents to be filled out before establishing my care (even though I had a positive PCR and proof I had covid during the time of my original appointment). The idea was to go over this at my next rescheduled visit but she completely dismissed my concerns and rejected helping me any further. DON’T GO HERE! Dana is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. This is a perfect example of what you don’t want in a health care professional.

I have been treated horrifically by staff and then I wasn't believed by my doctor in fact she said that we shouldn't even discuss it. I should have listened to some of the other reviews, do NOT go here. If you do have to come here, don't come alone. Make sure you have someone with you. So they can witness what goes on behind closed doors. I will never be back and I've already filed a formal complaint.

Absolute garbage hospitality. Maybe the front desk lady just skipped the customer service portion of training? She was extremely rude and was laughing for god knows what reason while I was trying to schedule an appointment. Would give 0 stars if I could. Wouldn’t recommend taking yourself or loved ones here unless you like terrible service and being treated like their paycheck. Shame on you Indigo.

This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to and they don't care about their patients needs or concerns. Very unprofessional and unethical doctors and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Any other medical clinic is better than this place. You've been warned.

I can't say enough about Patti Jordan, ARNP. Patti takes the time to listen to your concerns and truly cares about her patients.

Yesterday 4/4/22 we had our first experience at the multicare Fredrickson clinic. The only reason we visited the clinic is the requirement to have a Covid antigen test 4 days prior to our son's (just turned 7 years old) scheduled ear tube removal surgery. Our son has had the tubes in for over 3 years. Due to Covid it's been over 3 years even though the recommended duration of leaving in ear tubes is 18 months. This week is spring break for our son and being a working mom and dad we had to work the day of his appointment thus he came into the clinic a little high energy. He Also expressed feelings of being nervous for the Covid test and ultimately the procedure coming up the same week. Upon entering the clinic I had our other son (who's 2 years younger) with us as well. My son (getting the Covid test) proceeded to have high energy (jumping around a little while in the waiting area) while as I was checking in. While checking in (which only took about 2 mins time total given we had a prior appointment) the other front desk employee "Gayle" proceeded to scream at my 7 year old telling him starkly "you go sit down". It startled both my sons and highly Offended me as I was right there and the appropriate action should have been much different. For context there was no one besides us in the waiting room, just the 3 of us, Upon entry. She was absolutely out of line to take that starkly rude and abrasive tone with our son. It was extremely unprofessional, rude, unfair, and beyond words lacking compassion. Our son was scared and startled by her unwarranted starkness and that affected the rest of the appointment as Well as how he feels about clinics like that. Thankfully our nurse "Jill" was able to get both him and I to feel more comfortable with the appointment experience. If it wasn't for Jill I would have given a -10 for this clinic. Jill was empathetic, kind, caring, Considerate, and made us feel comfortable with the test. She was personable and warm. Polar opposite of our experience with "Gayle". She is a true positive representation of what multi-care should stand for. If it wouldn't have been for the horrible experience with "Gayle" I would have rated this clinic a 10 due to Jill's professionalism and quality of care. I hope "Gayle" doesn't taint any other families experience and ultimately damage their trust with multi-care - she really should be held accountable for this horrific experience and her unacceptable behavior. What she did was unacceptable and unprofessional.
