Fantastic friendly staff with a great store selection. Feel free to ask questions, I find the employees here to be quite knowledgeable about the products they sell. Best part is, they also deliver.

Love this Mud Bay. My boy Axel and i are always welcomed the second we step in the door. The staff is always ready and willing to help you with any questions but aren't pushy about buying their products. They are very respectful about giving you space and leaving u alone if you're doing some training while there. Axel loves it there and is always a ham for the staff and shoppers. He even goes behind the counter for some treats and pets and tries to help with the register. The selection is HUGE and priced fair, I believe. And access to the weight scale to weigh your dog when needed is a HUGE BONUS! And if it's your dog's bday they let u pick out a frozen treat cup from the freezer! We love Mud Bay!

Hailey and Megan are so helpful! Puppy treats right away! I was looking for a puppy backpack for hiking. We tried it on the puppy and they suggested a different size which was helpful and needed. We always come to mud bay for our puppy needs!
