Always a fun visit. I love feeling like I am spoiling my dogs, even though it's cleaner, healthier treats and toys that major retailers. Prices are not over exaggerated, this surprised me and contributed to us becoming loyal customers

Every time I come in Haley and Megan are always there to greet us, and make us feel so welcome. Then always address our puppy, and give her a treat. They are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about food, toys for their specific size, and other products. These two ladies always make us smile big when we leave and really appreciate how personable they are with us making me feel wonderful. This is by far our favorite store. We come out of our way to come to the store specifically because of these two.

Animal-friendly shop. Sales reps are true animal-lovers and friendly as can be. For dogs and cats, this is a great spot to shop!

I love mud bay, they have great product, way better than the box stores and bigger pet supply. They care and are selective about what they carry. Very knowledgeable. #1 in my book

Megan is amazing and knows my dog, Aubrey, by name. She makes us feel so special and we love coming in to see her. She's highly knowledgeable, always happy to help, and you can tell she absolutely loves her job. If she were my employee, I would double her salary and keep her forever.

Such a great experience and everything I needed was so much cheaper than I thought! I managed to get my pups some toys for Christmas and they are absolutely amazing with their selection of treats and the customer service. Plus I love the free treat samples, I can figure out what my dogs love the most! I'd pick this place over Petco or PetSmart any day!

The people there were so helpful and kind. My toddler was melting and tantruming but I needed puppy food. The kind I normally bought at a different store was out of stock and they helped me find one that my picky eater pup absolutely devours more than the old food. 10/10 recommend this location.

Thank you so much Mud Bay associates for helping us when we found a very sick cat in the parking lot near y'all. We were able to take care of the kitty and find a place to take her on a Sunday thanks to y'all being very helpful ? I truly love coming into this store because y'all are always friendly and there are lots of options for cat stuff! I always love finding new toys to get my babies and pick up fresh catnip here.
