“Long story short ended up here because I had purchased a phone at the Tacoma location they did not help at all except for one guy Jerald he was trying his best to help. (I left a review for the Tacoma location if you want to know more) when we got there Michael greeted us and ask what we needed help with mentioned to him the problems we had with the phone and what had happened at the Tacoma location. He inspected the phone and said that the problem we had with the phone was not normal for it having a new battery (it would shut down at 20%) and he offered us a exchange for a similar phone and said that the new phone also had warranty and if we had any problems with it to go back and he would gladly help us! I highly recommend the phone guys especially the Puyallup location Michael is awesome friendly and very knowledgeable!”
“I want to start this review by saying, I am not one who gives good reviews... the way I see it, if the service was good, no need to review it. But the last two visits to this store made me rethink that policy. Taryn was absolutely fantastic. Taryn was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of the galaxy s24 ultra. I love this phone so much it has everything I wanted and more. Taryn also helped me pick out an amazing phone case, liquid screens for the front and back, as well as camera lens covers. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. People like Taryn definitely deserve more than they are being paid(whatever number that may be) and should be utilized in training of more staff. 11/10

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

“Every Metro that I go to I get a different experience. The South Hill Puyallup Metro is by far the best franchise of Metro I've been to. They're honest, fast, friendly and a great experience to work with. Before you buy from Metro I suggest you all different franchises. Get a price quote and you'll notice they're all different. Then call South Hill Metro last. And they'll beat every other quote by far. Try that if you want to say some money.”
