The nails were cute. Length was perfect but owner of the shop lacks customer service. I tried to get there as early as possible so I wouldn't wait too long but I still did. I came before a specific woman (we were getting the same service) and they started on her set before me. Once my nails were getting worked on and filed it hurt a lot. It hurt so much that I couldn't just "suck it up", I was verbal about the pain but everytime the owner would blame it on me. I probably won't go back and if I do, it's because it's my last resort.

I've been there twice now, and I really wanted to like this place, but I cannot bring myself to go back. I dropped in a day ago and waited more than an hour to be seen. That's not really a problem, but it did give me enough time to take in just how dirty the place is. (I noticed it last time too, but I tried to ignore the ick feeling- despite flies buzzing around) There's a quarter inch of dust on almost everything and the general vibe is grimy. I *might* have been able to get over how dirty the place is but they way they do the nails it immediately looks like a week worth of growth. This is not a problem at my last place.

where do I begin. my regular nail salon was booked so I booked an appointment for this after I got off work, what normally is a 30 minute fill (I have gotten the same fill/set for 9 years I know it's only 30 mins at my normal salon) turned it into two hours at the salon. They made me wait 25 minutes before they even touched my nails in the nail seat, and then they took off the nail polish with a drill, and made me wait another 30 minutes before they even came back. It was beyond aggravating. There was two other people in the salon with plenty of workers that could've helped but they were just hanging around the salon. Then when it was my turn I noticed that their aesthetician nail license is actually expired. She cut me multiple times, Dug her nail into a hang nail/cut that I had, which was so painful. this experience was the worst experience I've ever had in my whole entire life, I should've looked at the reviews before I went. but it was last minute. I cannot believe it took two hours to do a 30 minute nail appointment, they made me sit there for an hour and a half time in total just sitting there looking at a wall, and they never even were telling me what was going on nothing, just made me wait the whole time, and I was not waiting in the lobby area I was waiting literally at the nail table, but they had already taken my nail polish off so I didn't want to just walk out which I would have but I have plans right after so I wanted my nails to look decent. I will say my nails turned out great but my nails are incredibly sore with a bunch of cuts and tenderness around majority of my nails. I will never return to this nail salon again and I would NEVER recommend

Not impressed. In the time I was there they reused 5 pedicure chairs without cleaning between clients. My girl took the clippers, etc and put them back in the sterile bag without cleaning. The pedicure was so rushed I thought she was going to hurt someone...namely me. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

I have been a loyal customer for miracle nails for over 5 years now! The staff really take the time to get to know you, and do a very clean job! I’m picky about my nails when it comes to cleanliness and attention to detail, and I’ve never been disappointed here.

Don’t bother with this place the owner of this establishment is horrible and rude I thought by letting her know my last experience I previously had she would take it in consideration but I got the complete opposite I told her thatthe last time I had my nails done the lady had left a couple of bumps on my nails and she rushed it because my nails looked botched well big mistake I should of said nothing specially because I was on the chair and the owner was doing my nails she said No!! And got really offended It’s your fault you were probably moving too much!!! And said it was all my fault!!then she began to talk in her language to her other friends and they all began to look at me with a rude attitude when she finished she said ok you can go I’m done with you !!!I got up and paid 47 dollars for a full set and of course she demanded that I pay her a tip.I will never be going back completely over priced and bad service.

I’d been loyal to this place for a long time but I’m done. Went in 90 min before closing only to get this hideously unsanitary rush job. It was too late to turn back when she stated dipping my fingers into common pots. There’s a piece of fuzz shellacked to my nail and a scab where she nicked me with the drill, which she used to mow down my nail for a powder dip—none of which made sense. Really, really disappointed.

I don't really know how to rate this. Here's the thing. Lena does a great job. However, sometimes her attitude is a bit abrupt and can come across kind of rude and hurtful. She is not very friendly. She's kind of cold. It's strange. She can go from being super sweet to words that cut in a matter of seconds. I'm not really sure if it's just a difference in culture or tone or what. You know everybody always says that 'they are speaking in their language and talking about you'. I don't know if that's happening. It kind of seems like it. I just try to not take it personal and I just shrug it off and move on. The techs do a really good job. Specifically Lena. If you don't have thick skin though, this may not be the place for you. If you like to be chatty while you're getting your nails done, this is not the place for you. I consider it a trade off. Lena...if you're reading this, maybe consider how your words/actions/tone/attitude can be hurtful to the customer. I don't think it's intentional. I think they just get going so fast and get so busy that sometimes she doesn't stop to remember that this is a human sitting in front of her with real feelings. I brush it off. I don't let it bother me anymore. At first it did. But now I don't take it personal because they do a decent job. I am paying for a service they provide. I'm not expecting too much. But I do stand up for myself. When she says something kind of rude, I do speak up. I'm not mean about it. I just say something to the effect of 'that's not a very fair assumption' or 'I'm sorry you feel that way but I didn't break my nail on purpose' (One time she scolded me for not being "careful" enough with my nails after I had slammed my finger in a car door and broke one of my nails). It would be nice if she was a little more polite and friendly to her paying customers. But it's not the end of the world. I know several other ladies who also go to Lena and they have the same experience as I do. (A couple of them refuse to tip because of the aforementioned reasons). I would call ahead and make an appointment, because they do get busy. The other techs also do a great job. I think they are a little more friendly as well.
