Spent a weekend looking for a specific car for my dad. Finally found it at Dinsmore auto group. My dad was able to reach out to Elena Artugue to have it ready for the test drive. We got there right before closing. With smooth help from Sam Orr my dad was able to get the car he wanted. They stayed late to make sure he was able to dive off with his car same day. No haggling or pushing sales man/woman. Super friendly. Would recommend for future purchases.

I've met 2 salespersons at this dealership. The first one had no knowledge of the cars . Barely talked and wasn't very helpful until Elena came and was so very helpful. She knew a lot of knowledge of the vehicles. She offered other cars I would like. She worked with me on the pricing. Had the car checked out. Worked with me on the down payment. She even gave me her personal number to work all the kinks out. I really appreciate her help even though I didn't buy from there. If I ever need a used car, I will be back to see her.

Ted was our Salesman and he was absolutely wonderful! My fiancé has been trying to help me find a car I can learn to drive in before I get my license. I’m very short so I needed something I can see over the hood in and reach the pedals. We worked with Ted and Ted worked with us even on the price. When we got it, Ted was even more excited than I am and I know he loves what he does. 10/10 going here in the future
