We stopped in to just look at and compare the different models as we are looking into a new car for my wife. We spend several minutes browsing the lot and checking out the different models. We were then approached by a representative named Mike. He was knowledgeable in the vehicles and was able to offer his suggestions based on what we stated we were looking for. We were only there to visually check out two models but Mike gave his thoughts and then had my wife test drive the two. His input was very helpful. It was a good visit. If my wife decides on the Mazda we will definitely be heading back to talk to Mike again.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the service department. From warranty work, to my standard oil changes and tire rotations. I have always received great communication, ease with getting a rental, and today the younger gentleman Evan that always helps me went above and beyond. Taking my jeep to the business across the street for me when it was finished and walking back in the snow. Customer service at its finest!

I recently had to trade in my damaged car for a 2019 Mazda6 GT and Puyallup Mazda has been extremely helpful throughout all the purchasing steps. Today I bought my first brand new Mazda with Angelo, & Jesse as my financial advisor. The service was great, they were both understanding of everything I wanted & more. I never felt pressured & they never once made me feel like I was bother as I was being picky with what I wanted. My experience was amazing & I would highly recommend Angelo & Jesse!

I want to say that I had a really great experience at this dealership. Jason and Joe were awesome and did everything they could to make me a great deal without any pressure. I really appreciate that. I ended up buying somewhere else, but only because I wanted more features on the used vehicle that I was looking at. Thanks you guys! I highly recommend this dealership.

First, Olivia Moe, Biloxi Howard, Chris Wodjenski, and Rocky Bone, Sales Mgr., were awesome to work with. On 07/12/2022, my husband and I came in to put a deposit down on our daughters 2022 CX-30 and a month later, the car came in for our daughter to do the paperwork.Secondly, THE COMPLAINT, we had a HORRIBLE experience with Mr. Colemenn Byrd in the Finance Office!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE WHEN PURCHASING A VEHICLE!!!!! Mr. Colemenn Byrd did a good job in explaining the extra coverage to purchase for my daughters vehicle. I/we declined to purchase extra coverage. Mr. Colemenn Byrd was extremely persistent in wanting to know why, how come, asked if it was a money issue, etc.. IT IS NEVER MR. COLEMENN'S CONCERNS OR BUSINESS TO KNOW WHY A CUSTOMER DECLINES TO PURCHASE EXTRA COVERAGE FOR A VEHICLE!! Also, I asked for someone else to help us after a very heated situation, and he said there isn't anybody else and he doesn't have a boss. In other words, he is saying he is the boss.....what a joke!!!Mr. Rocky Bone, Sales Manager, came to the rescue; which was so greatly appreciated!!I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mazda Puyallup, BUT ask for someone else to work with in the Finance Department. Save yourself the aggravation and migraine dealing with Mr. Colemenn Byrd.Mr. Colemenn Byrd needs to learn to stay in his own lane and accept the customers decision in declining extra coverage for a vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!I would have given Mazda Puyallup 5 Stars, but Mr. Colemenn Byrd killed that!!

My parents and I both have once again returned to Chris Wodjenski to purchase our 2022 CX~5 Turbo Signatures!!! That would be one for them in blue and one for me in Soul red!! Chris seamlessly found the impossible to find, elusive turbo signatures and pulled out all the stops to get Mazda to build them and get them shipped to us!! Patience was definitely on tap throughout the process, but Chris stayed on top of everything and kept us informed every step of the way! He also made it possible for us to come in together to take delivery together and did all the paperwork side-by-side!! No small task keeping two cars separate differentiated only by color!! We are once again thrilled with Chris's attention to detail, professionalism, and seeing things through, not just through signing but also ensuring the accessories arrived in a timely manner (or at least were handled) and that an add-on that was missed was swiftLy handled. Including following up to ensure we were happy!! We both recommend not only the Mazda CX ~5, but that you allow Chris to assist you with your car buying process!!! We knew what we wanted...as we turned in a soul red and blue CX~5, but if we hadn't, Chris provides low pressure, highly knowledgeable perspective on the Mazdas on his lot!! Milam Mazda has a consistent pattern of very rude management. I had a negative encounter with Jeremy B, a General Manager, who should be leading by example! His tone, attitude and condescending words were so disrespectful & implied I was lying whenever a scenario didn't work in his favor. He continued to interrupt when I was trying to share my concerns and then would backtrack with vague excuses. I left & took my business to Toyota of Burien and picked up a RAV4. I'm luckily I left Puyallup Mazda, as I see from others this is a pattern from the top and wouldn't want to be reliant on them for service.

Purchased a new Mazda3, Bilori was a super chill salesperson, he answered my questions, didn't rush me and I felt well taken care of. From sales to finance everyone was friendly and not sleazy. Highly recommend you come by.

Meegan P. helped me in the Service department. We got a flat tire which Les Schwab told us was not able to be fixed (then told me I should replace 4 tires due to being AWD). I called Meegan and she fit me into the schedule and fixed everything free, wow I was very happy! She was friendly, helpful and very concerned that all my problems were taken care of. Recommend highly!

LOOK FOR "COLEMAN"!!! I have driven from a dealer to another to get quotes literally everywhere and tried to go to 3 different locations of Mazda and FINALLY I found the right place and the right guy, Coleman! Look for Coleman! He was straight to the point, he wasn't pushy at all (very low pressure), remarkable service, very talkative and friendly, also really want you to get what you want and try to meet in the middle. I understand both of us have our own priority in mind, our own different desires and goal in negotiation and deals, but Coleman was upfront and as simple as "How much you want it?", and different than any other dealers who always came back with another hundreds plus number off your desire, different than others who had to bring their "Karen Manager", he just went off once and came back with the deal thats even 3 dollars cheaper than I requested!!! If you all reading this and wonder which Mazda to pick from, don't second thought yourself and go for Puyallup Mazda. My supervisor turns out telling me that he got his Mazda 3 in Puyallup too. I should've came in here earlier and not waste my 3 whole days looking for different brand of cars that fit my budget. "COLEMAN" solved it for me, easy, simple, no Karen Manager involved! He immediately asked for the issue, what I really desired, and what he can possibly do to help you real quick! No need that 4 to 5 hours dealing, Coleman takes care of his customers very well, upfront about any charges, and dont waste time at all. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I am so happy to finally get this offer because this is literally my first ever leasing term I did on my own (previously, my bro-in-law helped me). Thank you so much, Coleman and Puyallup Mazda for your cooperation! I really appreciate your help!

The purchase process was fantastic. Bilori was super transparent from day one, and he even sent me some personalized videos before starting the conversation. He was very straightforward, and we agreed on a fair price before meeting in person. They were also fair on my trade-in car (although more on the lower side). Although I live in Redmond, I was willing to drive for +1hr and deal with Mazda Puyallup. I strongly recommend this place!

I had the best car buying experience thanks to Aubree and Colemenn! I had narrowed down the exact car I wanted and hit the Car Gurus website after sitting at another dealership that told me "good luck" getting the price I wanted. Not only did I get the price I wanted (which they didn't have yet) I got slightly less. I sent requests for info to multiple dealerships and all were responsive BUT I got an email with the price, a video of the car, photos of the sticker all on the first response from this team. No pressure no haggling. They drove to another dealership of theirs and got the car and I drove away the same day. We absolutely LOVE our Mazda CX-5.

I took my collector worthy 2011 RX8 in for a 40k mile service, plus extensive work on brakes, rotors, shocks, tires, alignment , fluid flushing etc -- they've taken the time to spec out everything to restore the car to like-new condition, made great recommendations, no sales pressure, updated cost at every step and got approval to continue - all round good advice ... I picked up the "batjet" in a few days -- everything was to order, ran like a champ. Very knowledgeable RX-8 tech working for them.
