Mike and Sierra helped us sell our house along with looking for and buying a new one. They were both fantastic throughout the entire process. While selling and buying a house can be stressful, it didn’t hardly feel that way with Mike and Sierra on our team. They were very responsive and we felt like they had our backs and were really on our team. I would greatly recommend their services and will be using them again if we ever decide to sell and buy again.

We sold our old house and bought a new one with Mike and Sierra and it was literally the most amazing experience. They worked so hard for us from day one! From the moment that I met Mike- I loved that he was straight forward, friendly, and knowledgeable and Sierra was incredibly friendly and made us feel like their most important client even though I knew they were handling multiple listings! We were also able to sell our house for $30k over asking with tons of offers and we got the 2nd house we put a offer in on that we loved! I would and will recommend them to everyone looking to buy or sell a house. Having spent the last several months with them through the process, we will truly miss them!

If we had it to do all over again, we would totally want Mike and Sierra!!! Who knows!?! We may decide to sell and move someday but for now we love our home and we are so grateful to Mike and Sierra for their dedicated support throughout the process. We couldn’t recommend anyone more highly! Even beyond the actual transaction, they have been there to support us!

If I could give Mike and his partner Sierra more stars, I would. Mike was on top of everything from the get go. I have never experienced a realtor who so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and laid everything out so clearly to keep you in the know at all times but most importantly making sure you knew exactly what was happening. My husband & I had an exceptional experience working with Mike Mansour and his assistant Sierra during the sale of our home. From the get-go, they were both incredibly patient and understanding, which made the process much smoother for us. Not only did they make it stress-free, but their expertise also shone through, evident in the fact that our house sold for over $30k above the asking price within the first weekend of listing. Mike and Sierra have both been wonderful throughout this whole process! So attentive and ready to help every step of the way. We are first time home buyers, so going into this was quite nerve-wracking to begin with. However, we immediately felt at ease after meeting with Mike. Mike and Sierra are the best to work with! They are quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and are available whenever we needed them. They helped me sell my condo a few years ago, including advice about which features to upgrade to maximize my return on investment and developed a selling strategy to get the best offers. Last year they were right there with us again when we bought our "forever home". They have strong real estate and mortgage/lending backgrounds which gave us confidence throughout the whole purchase process! I have recommended them to all my friends and family - Mike and Sierra are the go-to folks in the industry!

The best realtor! First time home buyer here and he was patient and explained everything I needed to know about the process. He really looks out for your best interest and doesn’t care how long it’ll take for you to find the perfect house that makes sense. I highly recommend him!
