Came in today to buy my son a new phone for his birthday. Mani was running the store with a line of people. She was so sweet, so helpful. Not once did she show an ounce of stress with the line of people waiting to be helped, and not once did she stop smiling. We need more people in the world like her. Thanks Mani!

Phone selection was sparse, employees have little to no knowledge of anything in the store. The response to every question was, "they don't train us for that"

I have had these guys for years and lately they haven't been what they used to be couldn't pay my bill on line I guess they want that extra 5 bucks when you go in to pay it's so hard to get a real person to talk to if things don't improve I'm going else where

They sold my friend a phone that glitches and when he tried to bring it back the said all they would do is send it to the manufacturer, which would take up to 3 weeks. The sales person was distracted the whole time and made him feel unvalued when he had first bought it.

I purchased a screen protector and noticed it was too small...the girl replaced it with another one that did not fit...I have the Motorola from 2021 she put screen protector for the 2022...so I basically gave away 21.99:(...I won't go back there because the Manager would not even try to please the customer....they lost a customer

Went in to purchase a phone for my bf, who was quoted a low rate for transferring at a store in Lacey. ($95) When it was all said and done I was charged double that. When I asked why it was so much I got a blurry answer so I just told the young lady to make sure the receipt was in the bag. When I got home I pulled out the receipt and it was just the credit card slip with hand written itemized things on the back. I took it into the Lacey store and the wonderful women there told me I was totally ripped off and I was charged an activation fee- even though that was supposed to be waived due to transfer- and double charged for the case/protective screen. Nothing they could do though since their stores are individually owned and operated. WORST customer service- and sneaky too- that's why I didn't get a real receipt.**UPDATE**A day or two after posting this review there was a response from Samantha @ T-mobile (below) and I emailed her to explain my experience. She was quick to respond to my emails and today my bf’s account was credited the overcharge amount for accessories. I wasn’t charged an activation fee, after all. Just charged full price for the accessories that I was told were included at no charge. I am satisfied with the way this was resolved and feel better about the decision to switch carriers. Thank you, Samantha!! I’m giving you 5 stars for your great customer service- combined with the 1 that rotten employee got- puts you guys at a 3!

I must've had luck the day I went because I had the nicest employee there. She was very kind and understanding to my situation and really helped me. I am still very happy with her help because I finally have the phone I want!
