Went to this location spoke with Jasmine who stated she is the Manager, was very rude and refused to serve me...projecting her racism on me because she wanted me to know that other stores have been robbed...that's not my business. I have been a customer of METRO PCS for over 20 yrs and I've never experienced this before.

the first time I was there it was a female and she could not help me so she asked me to come back the next day and talk to a gentleman I came back the next day myself and another lady was standing outside for over 20 minutes the store never opened so we leftI came back a week later and bought a phone from another gentleman but I had problems trying to get it to work I had to have three or four other people try to figure it out then it has issues it glitches a lot and it won't let me do things like now I'm texting by voice and I have to keep hitting the microphoneI'm very disappointed with the phone I've had many bad issues with it

Kid working was so high he couldn't hardly answer our questions, and everything started with "uhhhhhhhhhh" to which didn't get answered or he would go onto something else. He repeated himself numerous times as well as asked us the same questions over and over cause he would forget that he already asked us. To each their own, but if you're going to work with the public....come on. Phone selection was super slim pickings. Ready to go back to regular T-Mobile.
