Took our truck in here to get a quote on a dent to our truck bed caused by a PLASTIC pole. No frame damage, simply a dent and some paint repair. They wanted to charge me 7k to replace the entire truck bed, when the dent is reachable from both the outside and underneath. Not sure if they thought they could pull one over on me because I’m a woman driving a 2500 diesel, or if they do that to everyone. If you do go here, get a second quote from someone else.

My baby girl (2018 Subaru WRX STI) was backed into while she was parked. The front drivers side was destroyed. ? but I contacted the car doctor (meridian collision) and they were very easy to work with. They updated me every step of the way and kept me at ease about the situation. I recieved my baby girl back and she looks amazing. I am very grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Anytime anyone is looking for a car doctor I will refer meridian collision.

My insurance recommended this place but I will never ever be bringing my car back here. They’ve had my car for about seven weeks now and keep telling me that they’re going to need to order pieces because they keep ordering the wrong pieces a horrible place they don’t communicate and they like to blame you for not well maintenance in the car for issues that were created in the collision would not recommend Find some other place. Don’t waste your time and waste rental money on this place.

Terrible job!! Don’t come here for repair services. We had to bring our truck back four additional times after they supposedly completed all the work. Not to mention how we had to bring it the first time for the bid and then again for the work to be done once the parts came in so six times total. Who knows if they got it right this time. I will keep the post updated. They don’t know what they are doing and on top of it never once considered compensating us for our time having to come back and fourth four additional times and having to coordinate for pick up and drop off. I definitely do not recommend them nor will I ever come back for any other work to be completed.
