The staff are always friendly and helpful. The classes are fun and the instructors, modify for all ages and all fitness levels. The kickstart program has been helpful. My kids enjoy the variety of classes and sports. The coaches and instructors have always been positive and patient.

One of worst organization ever met no body ready to work waste of time waste of money , no one working properly unorganized front desk staff and they said they don’t do anything here we’ve to go to Lakewood and Lakewood is a joke nothing is going to work

Warning- Do not use for summer camp!!
They make the kids use Porta potties outside instead of the bathrooms in the camp building, the conditions are filthy. But that’s not the worst part. My child got badly injured one day and they did not notify us or even take care of her injuries!! I only found out when I was giving her a bath and saw several bloody gashes in her back. She said she fell off of a play structure and they just told her to go sit on a bench. Are you kidding me?!! She said she was crying and they didn’t do anything, she was obviously hurt! I should have been called immediately and I would have picked her up. They have young teenagers running the kids and that is unacceptable! Everything about it I just can’t believe they get away with! They need to put some safety protocols in place and have some standards!! We will never be back and you should avoid bringing your child for summer camp at all costs. Plus they keep increasing the price every year. I am just beside myself.

Clean and friendly. Always greeted with a smile! Locker rooms are clean and comfortable.

I absolutely love the YMCA! It’s a great space, has positive energy by staff which infects the guests! My favorite areas are the indoor track and steam room! I enjoy the other of areas of the Y with my family including the weight room with my teenager, and basketball courts with my younger child. It is the best! Love the morning and Sunday staff!

Signed up to get a week pass, show up and got denied. 2 front desk people are just chatting away no help or information given. Mind you, fit couple looking for a new clean gym and did not get any help right when we walked in. Not expecting free pass or anything but my pass does say walk into my closest ymca to get a picture and enjoy. Really upsets me the lady was very STAND off ish and wanted no new members to join. YMCA did have my eye for a new gym but not anymore.

Great place for anyone. Places like this are what the world needs more of, especially families. They have just about everything you need to keep in shape and to get your kids involved in healthy programs.
