“I had emailed Sound Medical Supplies to confirm that they could indeed provide the desperately needed replacement battery for my Drive Auto Flex, fully expecting to be disappointed. Being a specially designed lithium battery for just that scooter, I hadn’t been able to find any kind of selection online or nearby. And nobody I called offered any help or suggestions. I was not expecting much from SMS let alone having the owner personally get in touch with me!
