“We had never been here before, despite living in the area for years and years. We arrived a little after 11 and it wasn’t busy. Our wait time was about 10 minutes for hot sandwiches and an order of soup. I had the peppermill chicken sandwich, which had a deliciously spicy sauce on it, and a side of a pasta salad. The chicken was actually entire breast of chicken- I was expecting sliced lunch meat- so that was a pleasant surprise. The pasta salad was chock full of broccoli and carrots and corn with a creamy sauce. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“Fantastic meats and variety of cuts. Definitely a place to visit if you are into planning family meals as they have great meat bundles. Don't be afraid to ask for thinner cuts as they are normally very generous portions.”
“My tall half is a meat eater & hunter. I'm an ex plant based eater. I never really liked meat until I met my boyfriend (the cook) & he introduced me to blue max. We go there regularly & keep our freezer stocked up. We like the trail mix for the trip home to Port Orchard. He cooks the meat & I prepare the sides. We sit by the firepit & listen to music & eat big fat steaks. We love to party just the two of us with our blue max meals. Better than any restaurant.”
