The salesperson we worked with was John. He is extremely knowledgeable and there to teach about mattresses and then listen to your needs. (We bought our last mattress from this store too.) Highly recommend getting your mattress from this location, and talk with John.

The employees were very knowledgeable about the human body, and the different types of sleep, you get in different types of adjustable frames and mattresses. Everyone was very respectful and responsive to my questions.
They walked me through the process of getting approved for my new bed n frame it took minutes. I was even scheduled for delivery the very next day.
The Warranty policy for my mattress was very easy and quick. All i had to do was fill out information and provide photos of my mattress. It took less than three days for me to get a response and a credit adjustment to buy a new mattress.
I'm very grateful for your staff at mattress firm and I look forward to seeing you in the near future to purchase additional beds for family members.
