I was just in there, but six or seven minutes taping up a box I was trying to get delivered and listened to this lady Diane behind the counter. She was just be the friendliest person with everyone walking thru that door from the regulars and cracking jokes to the fedex guy dropping off boxes. Diane had the attitude like it was a great day to be alive and it made my day a little bit brighter! Especially after telling me of the holiday price increase! ?. LolLet me add another name…Emily! Just left there again and now it was the two of them working, what a great team! Emily gave me all sorts of advice on buying/selling apps too, very helpful!

Mail Plus Copies is my go to spot! Emily and Diane are by far the best employees that have worked there EVER. They BOTH go up and beyond making each and every customer feel like they are the most important no matter how big or small the task they make sure to figure it out and get it done! They make you feel special, and laugh at the same time!! I look for forward each and every time I get to visit Mail Plus Copies.They ship USPS, Fed Ex, Fed Ex Express, and UPS. You can also drop off pre paid USPS, all Fed Ex, and Fed Ex Express at no charge but UPS charges $1.00 to pick up each pre paid package which is worth it to me. Also I like that I am supporting. Small business. Mail Plus Copies is a A+++ in my book and the best Mail Place around. Thank you Emily and Diane for all you do!!

Diane and Emily are exceptional at this store. The service they provide is above and beyond. I had to ship a package that was awkward to box. Diane did an awesome job making sure my item was safely secured and shipped without any problems.

how are you not going to offer a receipt for a package being dropped off? This doesn’t even seem like a mail place, just fraud lol. I’m not ever sending any mail out here again. I suggest going to a real post office

DO NOT go here to ship UPS stuff. They don’t do at codes and don’t count as an ups store, even w/ their sign saying “authorized shipping outlet” and when u search for ups stores on Google-they pop up as a legit ups store. Otherwise it’s a pretty good store but false advertising.

Nice folks and quite helpful too, but UPS charges them for stopping so they had to charge me. I don't know why they aren't a regular UPS stop. That's the only reason I removed a star. I'd go there for everything else though. ?

Great place to go if you need to mail something or need a personal mailbox because the postman is not delivering your mail on time.

Website is completely inaccurate. They don't have a notary and their key machine smokes when running. And if they do attempt to make a key, none of them have experience with it. Also they upcharge outrageously to the point of doubling normal carrier prices.It's easy to go here to skip the lines but it's costing you your wallet.
