Help me understand why calling this business is so difficult? Ive been hung up on 5 times so I just stopped.

Mac counter doesn’t open until 11:00 Saturday morning although Macy’s is open at the 10. Come on Mac get someone to work when the store opens. We don’t have all day!

I highly recommend Brianna. She just start working at MAC ( macy’s in Puyallup) but she is amazing. She did my makeup on 3/3/23 and it was amazing. I showed her a picture of my dress and she did not disappoint. She knows her craft. Thank you Brianna..
