This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!

I went to the store to return a product that I bought over the counter, but the cashier refused to help me. She said that I could not return it because it was past the policy, even though I have a pro account that allows me 365 days to return any product. She was very dismissive, and she did not listen to my explanation or show me any proof of the policy. I asked to speak to the manager, but she said that she was the manager and that there was nothing she could do. I felt cheated and disrespected by his attitude and behavior. I think this store needs to train their staff better and honor their promises to their customers. This is precisely the reason why Home Depot performs better than Lowes every time.

Two stars because their prices are cheaper than most but GOOD LUCK GETTING PAINT TINTED! The darn announcement goes every 30 seconds “special assistance needed in the paint department” but the staff just tune it out. Even if you ask someone for help you get none. I watched them lose 3 customers in 10 minutes. Saw one of them at Home Depot right after. We both got help and our paint.

Great products and prices but telephone communications suck!We are upgrading our home, contractor ordered a dishwasher, got the 5 year warranty and told to call after delivery to activate.I called, laughed cuz answering message mispronounced town name, then was sent through an automated system that wiped the smile off my face.After multiple times of the system offering options I didn't need, not listening to my replies and just frustrating me to no end, I was finally transferred to a person. He was nice but his accent was hard for me to understand. I was told to call the next day, it took 3 days for the info to be in the Lowes system.Called today, the same time-consuming, impersonal, inaccurate automated system and was finally sent to the same man I spoke with yesterday! After giving the reference number, I was told warranty was activated when it was purchased!! WTH?!Customer service is not better cuz of technology, it is HORRIBLE! Businesses use messaging or AI instead of talking to people!This "innovative, progressive " and impersonal way of doing business takes more of the customer's time, causes miscommunication and in my case, really ticked me off!

Bought a fridge here and within a few months, everything started smelling and tasting like chemicals. We're almost positive it's a freon leak. It took them over a week to send out a repairman who just said he couldn't smell the freon and that's it probably fruit that went bad. However, we've cleaned out the entire fridge and freezer twice since this started happening. Laughable customer service and no remedies offered for this situation.

I was looking for something, I asked an associate, he said ,"Nope. Never had that." I said ok thank you and continued looking for the thing I needed or something similar. A few minutes later a different associate comes and asks, I tell her I was told Lowes doesn't carry it and I was still looking but I did not need help. She says "follow me", takes me over to the guy that told me "nope" and they both start telling me lowes has never had that. Then a third associate walks up to tell me the same thing. I didn't ask for any of their help but it seemed this was the only "battle" they would win that day and they were each taking a turn. I was waiting on paint to be mixed and wasn't done shopping anyway, however I essentially was bullied out of the department by 3 employees who had nothing better to do then chase me around telling me I'm not going to find what I'm looking for. I ONLY ASKED ONE PERSON FOR HELP. THAT IS IT. After that they took it upon themselves to "argue" with me. I just kept saying OK thank you. They were not trying to be helpful, they were trying to be "right".

Came in today to pick up a tool cart for my pops for Xmas and paid and was on my way out when one of the employees stopped me to ask if they can look in my tool cart very odd she says oh I wanna buy same one for my husband and wanna look inside so I said yea right you think I stole something and put inside of the tool cart and she says oh no and touched my arm, I immediately felt disgusted just because I am a brown man purchasing something I have to get stopped by some lady , this was racial profiling at its best like lady you work for Lowe’s you can check out everything they have anytime pretty lame excuse for stopping me I will be contacting corporate this happened today around 10 am

In the last 2 times I have visited, I have tried to get assistance in aisles, and nobody shows up to help. Many employees are standing around or walking around in pairs talking to each other. Customer service is seriously lacking.
