I originally liked this day care because it is down the street from my dad’s ( in case of emergencies) and close to my job. My daughter went here a year and my niece a couple of months. Not sure what is going on with the higher up management at the facility but it’s broken. The turn over for staff at this place is high. Several staff members have openly said there is a lot of drama .I dropped my daughter down to 2 days a week because she was constantly getting sick here. At first, I thought it was just a kid getting sick at day care. Then I started to notice the cleanliness of the building was declining RAPIDLY over the past couple months. It’s smells of mold and pee.My niece has autism and is nonverbal. It should be in her file and at the very least the care providers in her classroom should know. When she would get written up they would ALWAYS put her response was just to walk away or make a noise. Mind you she is non verbal. After a set down with them they told my sister they would put an extra teacher in the classroom because she is autistic. DID NOT HAPPEN. When my sister would tell them she is nonverbal, the provider would say they did not know.Almost every time we went to pick up the kids they never knew where their coats were. They let the kids go outside with no coat.Recently, hand foot and mouth broke out at this day care . They did not inform parents because they said “ it was only one classroom “. Mind you all kids go to the play ground and through the office. Needless to say it was spread through out.The director takes forever to get back to you with any concerns you have. They do not keep track or have a way of keeping track of who they call and what inform is needed or shared in the call.Enough was enough, we changed daycare providers . I would not recommend here .

I currently have my oldest child still enrolled at this center, and although our family has only been at Love and Laughter for a short time, and have already experienced some concerns - there are a few Teachers who deserve big credit. Teacher Jessica and Teacher Serena, each will always hold a special place in my heart due to the outstanding care these women have given my children. Teacher Jessica is currently in school to further her education in Childcare - which as a parent gives me great peace of mind knowing the staff are further education for themselves to continue providing a healthy yet caring environment. She is always very patient, loving, warm and welcoming to all families in the center. Teacher Serena will always provide the top care for your child regardless of how she feels or how overwhelming the classroom at the time is. There are evenings at pickup when you can tell it has been a rough day, yet she remains professional, has a positive attitude, smiling, and leaves any personal things out of the center unlike some of the other staff members. Both of these ladies truly come in each day and strive to create a healthy environment, a loving atmosphere, and appear to be dedicated to the cares, needs, and education of each child at the center. Thank you Love and Laughter staff!!

My daughter went to Love and Laughter on Shaw rd for over a year and loved it.. Specifically her teachers Carly and Blythe. Both of these teachers were always so welcoming and kind to her but also had a great energy each and every time I seen them. Between daily reports and conversations I always knew how her day went. She grew a lot socially and mentally while attending and thanks to them, I was able to feel peace in leaving my child in their care so that I could go to work!

Very unprofessional and chaotic but you understand why when you find out none of the administrative staff have any Early Childhood Education. Desperately needs an update very depressing in the classrooms haven't been updated since the 90's if not even before then

I cannot express my love and appreciation for this learning center enough! My son started when he turned 1 and has been at the center now for 2 years (3yr now)All of the teachers he’s had are amazing and so loving. He’s learned so much! The curriculum that they’re teaching is really awesome and they make it easy for the kids to understand. I also can’t rave enough about the office staff. They have been nothing but kind and welcoming! Kelci alone has been extremely helpful, especially when I have questions about behavior help. And questions about how to better teach my toddler in general. We’re currently in the middle of moving and we have so much sadness about leaving the Center, but I know I will keep in contact with these amazing people. Absolutely consider your child going to the here. Also class sizes are smaller and I feel the teachers are less overwhelmed. Loved it and will miss it so much!

My 2 yr old son has been going to love and laughter for 8 months now and I cannot recommend them more! Whenever there has been an issu, they resolve it quickly, I get phone calls when there has been any injury (normal age related injuries, falling, hitting his head, etc) and the staff is just amazing! The front door is code access only and there is a requirement list of people who are only able to drop off and pick him up. We get weekly report cards and they have a weekly theme each week! His teachers are attentive and caring, we just love it there!

Love and Laughter has been such a huge part of my child’s life the last three years. The amazing bonds, patience, love, and kindness we’ve experienced can’t even be put into words. After three plus amazing years we are heartbroken to have to switch centers due to a move.My son is neurodivergent and requires extra attention and patience. The teachers here have gone above and beyond for both him and I. They truly love my child. As a single mother finding someone to trust with your child, let alone a special needs child feels impossible. We found that, and more than I ever imagined possible here. I will never be able to truly thank the staff in the way they deserve or find a way to express my immense gratitude for what they have done, but I will continue to try. We consider these women our “daycare mommies” because they treat my boy like their own. They are there to teach, console, correct, and reassure. They have been there in our hardest moments and cheered us on in our greatest. The women here have become our family and we will miss them everyday.Thank you for everything to ALL of the staff at Love and Laughter. And an extra special thank you to Director Tiffany, and teachers, Blythe and Carli. We would never have made it here without your support these past years.

I got to tour the learning center and was very impressed how the owner Tom was so widely loved by all the kids he came into contact with. The classrooms were very clean and well organized. Staff were engaged with the students. Might be an older building but you could feel the love in this school..

My son had been going here for just over a year until I finally said enough and moved him to a new daycare. At first the staff was great, then they went through a couple complete staff changes. And it went downhill from there. My son had been bitten every single day. If they noticed they wrote an incident report and called it good. No matter how many times I brought it up, nothing was done about it. It was swept under the rug. Many times my sister went to pick up my son. No one watching the sign in/out area and gate wide open. She went in and no one around to question who and why she was there. There had been times my mother, my sister and I had picked him up and he had no socks or shoes or jacket out in the rain , feet were beat red.If I had a penny for every time my sons clothes or blanket/sheet were lost and Not found , I would be rich.I strongly discourage anyone from having their children in that facility, due to the lack of attention and interest in the children.

My child went here (School Kids Clubhouse Center), and while I felt he was safe, I also observed non-interested staff that rarely looked up to say hello, too interested in their own conversations to be engaging fully with the children. There was a ton of turn over with the teachers as many were very young and inexperienced with children. I hope since we left they have improved or strive to be more engaged with the children and make them feel welcomed. I do appreciate that they offer more open days than other daycares in the area and work on snow days.

If you care about your children at ALL please go anywhere else. My niece attended this daycare and let me tell you the workers are horrible. On the newest document requiring our signature (or our child will be withdrawn), it states in large bold writing "I understand this to be a release of all claims and causes of action for INJURY OR DEATH [...] and it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person and damage to property caused by the daycamp's negligent or intentional act of omission". So essentially, they kill my niece and I can't sue them?? Also the form is required to be filled out or the child will be withdrawn from daycare. Aside from that absolute atrocity of a form, I have gone to pick her up a handful of times and there is little to no security, just a binder to write in and out. I could be a stranger or a serial killer and they wouldn't know any different. Please save your time and your money

Extremely thankful for the staff, and the teachers in this daycare facility. I have had a extremely difficult time finding a child care facility that I can feel safe, and content with my daughter being at. For the first time, I genuinely have a good feeling dropping her off with her teacher Felicia at this center. They have been extremely helpful, they keep me updated with her day, and they help her work through her sadness when I have to leave. As a teacher myself (different place), I feel comfortable recommending love and laughter to other parents looking for loving, safe and good quality care.

My son started here roughly a month ago and so far everything has been great. Every employee I have encountered has been very friendly and accommodating for my son. Despite a slight bullying incident (in which is understandable- little kids will be little kids since they are toddlers and are unaware of how their actions and words can hurt others) I mentioned it only one time to the teacher, and she took care of it and followed up to make sure nothing else had happened, in which nothing did, so the problem was solved immediately and that boosted my confidence in daycare as this is his first time going and it was hard to trust as we were new to this. My son enjoys it very much. Every night I pick him up, he tells me how much fun he had and how great of a day he had at daycare. He even told me the kid that was being mean to him has been nice and they have been playing nicely together. I feel very confident in their problem solving skills as my son hasn’t had any further issues with the other child so far. I definitely recommend them. They have very reasonable prices, my son has been learning a lot here, they have been very flexible with my son and his needs and all of the staff are so kind.

My 2 year old has been going to Love and Laughter for a little over a year now and I could not be happier! My son at first did not adjust well and would scream and cry as soon as I would hand him off, but the staff were patient, loving and caring and helped through the entire process of his separation anxiety. Love and Laughter were more than helpful of assisting in the needs of my child as well as updating me with information, being kind, generous, and the best decision I made for a child care center.Thank you Love and Laughter!

I currently work at School Kids Clubhouse and absolutely love what I do. I'm a floater so I get to see how teachers interact with their children in every classroom. Each classroom has their own teaching style and fun activities for each age group. I also work the summer day camp and it's loads of fun. There are various outdoor activities, arts and crafts and bible stories. I highly recommend parents and guardians to take a peek at School Kids Clubhouse and our sister center Love and laughter.
