I was recommended by a friend and OMGH….the service and the way Bin was able to beautifully design my nails was beyond my expectations. I live an hour away and I will be coming here again. Bin did such an amazing job.

I have come to this nail shop regularly for the past year or so to get a dip on my natural nails. I came in about a week ago and 10 times I told the male I wanted dip and received a fill instead on my real nails. So I paid for the full fill over my previously dipped natural nails and let him know I was not paying for the gel because this was simply not what I wanted. Yesterday I called to make an appointment to get these nails fixed as my real nails starting cracking in pieces down the side. I let them know I wanted this done for free and they scheduled the appointment for today. When I arrive the lady told me I had been in two weeks ago not one because my nails grew out. I let her know this is normal because I have healthy nail. She continued not to listen and wanted to go back and forth so I told her to just take off all of the fill and the old dip off because it’s ruining my nails and at this point I don’t ever want to come back here.
As I sat down and she began, she continued to argue with me that it was not how they do nails and I agreed that I have never had this before but it is how the male decided to do it regardless of my request for dip. She then came back and continued to argue that I had not been there for two years, which is another lie. I only started coming here about a year ago and I’m not senile. I know where I got my nails done one week prior and I know where I regularly go, which is down the street from my house. But I will say I have never seen this side of Jasmine nails or the attitude. I told her I did not want to come back here and she continued to spew lies from her mouth and argue with me about my nails the same way the man did when he tried to tell me the gel was a dip. The customer is NEVER right here, the nail tech egos are and they will lie over and over again to feel good about themselves. She starts to argue again out of no where while she’s doing my nails saying my nails are thin and so old, which is thin because of them messing up my real nails and only one week old, which she seemed to be in denial that they did my nails, messed it up, and this is where I come. I told her I don’t want to continue to argue or listen to her lies and she decided to end with “I do this for you today and I don’t want you to come back here”, which I already told her I did not want.
View the attached picture to see what happens when the nail tech doesn’t listen and they ruin your nails instead of nicely fix it like you ask. I have filed the edges but still dealing with cracked nails. They continuously claim my nails are old after one week of service and all I asked was they take the fill off of my real nails that I did not want yet they get rude and argue

Worst place ever. Very rude and pushy. Paid extra for a good deluxe pedicure and I’ve had better regular ones. Lady had an attitude I didn’t know what color I wanted and was being pushy I asked to see a green color she did a few nails and I just agreed with her since I felt rushed and when she was done the color was horrible I asked if she could please change it she since they were about to close I could come tomorrow for free and get them changed.
I even asked when checking out if I could come tomorrow and it would be free she said yes. I came today and got the color changed and they told me I had to pay and I could have 5 dollars off. I paid a total of 155 for a bad pedicure and nails that don’t even look good not even the shape I wanted and paint is blotchy. Save your money and go somewhere else! I was going to try them again but after the lady lied to me and made me pay I will never be back. They need to learn customer service skills!

The service here is amazing! Everyone is so so so nice. When I walked in I came in with an inspo picture and they nailed it! Lots and lots of thanks to everyone at Jasmine nails.

I came to Jasmine Nails and everyone was so nice when I entered. I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application. The quality of their service was superb. Had an amazing experience.

I have been here since2021&i have never been disappointed at any time,but to hell with the current situation management,I went there with appointment for manicure with over lay on my real nail+pedicure and I paid $110 ,went the following day because they started chipping same day and came back and they re-did it again and paid another extra $50 do this nail worth $110,and i talked to the so called owner/Manager&she said refunded me $10??♀️worst experience ever,please if you love yourself dnt waste your time going there plus the so called manager is so rude,but I guess they disappointed me because of my color ⚫️,yes am black but I know my rights

Staffs really friendly and warm welcoming The people were very friendly. Jasmine Nails has much more to offer than nails I got acrylic nails for the first time and they lasted so long!

Jasmine Nails was also very clean and had a lot of polish choices The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect. I have really enjoyed my visits here I have been looking for a new nail salon since I moved this area several months ago.
