Worst experience ever. I had an appointment with Haley Madison 2 weeks ago today. These are my lashes after 10 days. It was supposed to be a full volume set. After 4 days my lashes started falling out in clumps. When I said something to her about it she then blocked me from messaging her and canceled my next appointment. She's also blocked me from leaving reviews on her business page, lash studio 22. I left a review on Yelp and then just now received a threatening phone call from a private number, from somebody that refused to identify themselves about the review I left. People need to know, And hopefully she won't be able to do this to anybody else. She rents a room inside of lash out loud. Super unprofessional, she was 41 minutes late to my appointment while I sat in the lobby and she talked to her friend. She answered her phone and text messages in the middle of the appointment when I asked if it was an emergency she said no it was just her friend. And allowed somebody else come sit and down in the room before she even took the tape off my eyes, and started talking about her dinner and 4th of July plans! I paid $260 and I'm going to have to have another full set put on tomorrow by somebody else. What a waste of money, time, and at this point I'll be happy if I have any eyelashes left.

I get my lashes done by Jen, she is wonderful! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and very up to date on every new skin care , skincare products, facials , waxing and sugar scrub. Jen is also a make-up artist! She takes pride in being clean and very professional. I would recommend Jen if you're looking for a wonderful lash and skin care professional.

Way too much money compared to other places. The lash installers each work for themselves so prices can vary, but not by much. I've been there twice and both times I felt I over paid, and both different lash installers were quiet and standoffish. The first time, the lashes lasted about a month. Another time I made a last minute reservation. A few days later I wasn't feeling well and called the lash installer the day before just to let her know and that I could wear a mask if she wanted. Before I could finish even talking, SHE cancelled the service and charged my card 150.00 cancel fee!!! (That's 50.00 more than what I pay now for a full set light volume service!). I don't like giving negative reviews, but I've had two negative, overpriced experiences at this point. Up until I ended up here, I was going to a place in Parkland for several years until my lash installer moved to Texas. I go elsewhere in South Hill now and pay HALF of what they charge and have an awesome lash installer. There are PLENTY of good lash places in South Hill that charge around 100.00 or less for a full set. It's been 5 months since that last horrible experience and I'm still angry about it! I finally decided I just had to warn others. Two stars instead of one because the place is nice and clean. Enough said!

I was hoping to get a natural lifted look when I booked a lash lift & tint. I came hope feeling stupid that I spent that much money for no results & glue on my lower lash. Better results from an eyelash curler. I was really hoping for better results for over $100.

I go to Hailey (lash studio 22) & she’s amazing, I’ve never been able to find someone who can do my lashes the way I like, long & wispy with spikes. Every time I leave they’re perfectly imperfect, just the way I like! 10/10 recommend!Service: Eyelash extensions

Did not do a good job... I heard you're not supposed to feel a thing but I did. It was painful... I went back to get a fill and it felt like she was just yanking them off which was painful. The lash tech really told me you're just not used to it. She checked me in after she said bye to her other client, she sighed saying "Are you ready?" like she didn't want to do the service. Went to another lashes tech and felt no pain what so ever and the service was great. The last girl I went to just say there in silence and didn't really make me feel at ease since it was my first time

I was taken as a walk-in to get my eyebrows with tinting done and introduced to Ms Shanti. She is very professional and confident about her craft, which makes you feel like you're in good hands. She took the time to explain each step while adding humor in the mix. When I am back in NY I will definitely visit LOL again. Thank you for making my experience a good one.

Super disappointed. Went in on Monday and by Wednesday all the lashes had fallen off. I have had lashes before and never had this issue. By the time I got home Monday noticed some shedding (Only live 10 minutes away) By Tuesday morning they looked uneven and this morning it was just a joke and removed what was left by barely touching them. Not a good job. I really like the person who did the work, but I've never had issues and this was very disappointing to spend $210 + 40.00 Tip and have this happen. Live and learn I guess. I will just stick to doing it myself.

Holly (Wicked Lash and Brow) is absolutely amazing! I’ve had lashes before and she went the extra mile to make sure my new ones were perfect. I got a full set and after complications from my old lashes she gave me a complimentary fill the next day to make sure they were up to her standard, and they came out gorgeous! She’s kind and super easy/fun to talk to, check her out! (But make sure not to book her up too much so I can still schedule with her!!!)Service: Eyelash extensions
