Ryan is awesome and is not your stereotype salesman. He actually never tried to force a sale and was completely transparent with us. If we didn't want to buy he wasn't trying to sweeten the pot to draw you back in. He was honest, reliable and knew how to connect with the customer in a friendly, professional way. There is a reason this dealership "LARSON SAYS YES" has 5 star reviews! Ryan was amazing to us! What's even more astounding is his level of service, well after the sale! You know how you worry when buying a car, will you get the same level of attention? Will you get the same level of service and detail well AFTER-THE-SALE? Have no fear with Ryan. I waited to write this review well after the purchase of our (new/used 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in mint condition). We also bought a factory tow package, on order (through the dealership - as part of our deal) to be installed after the fact. Even though our purchase was done a week earlier, and we were driving the vehicle, Ryan STILL provided excellent customer service with no less than 7 support phone calls about getting our tow package in for us 3 WEEKS earlier AND got the service department calling us for scheduling the installation! Including a free rental car! This goes above and beyond what we could have possibly anticipated or expected! Never in my life have I had a salesman (after the sale) STILL provide this level of service! Most of the time, once they've sold you something, they move on to the next customer (and you're left fending for yourself). Not here. As part of the large Larson motors, he stayed with us through the ENTIRE process and trade-in and paperwork. Always there and even there for you AFTER you've got your car - with the support all the way. Who does that in today's day and age? I still can't believe it! He was also the fastest to respond out of all of the dealerships we called - and there were plenty, as we had a specific idea of what we wanted! Have no fear about sales support after the sale! I'm certain Ryan will take care of you, well after the sale!

A big thank you to Rodney and Abu!!! I rolled in to trade in my car for something newer and better for snow, at around noon and was out the door by 3:30pm, with keys to a car I absolutely adore. 100% the best experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

Wanted to like these guys deal started off well and they were accommodating and understood what our bottom line was. We reached an agreement that justified a very different definition of what “out the door” price was. If it had not been for the gaslighting after that with the floor manager trying to tell me that I just didn’t understand and he heard his salesman say all the right things I might have let it roll off but the assumption that I was just stupid was a bit insulting. They also get kick backs from the bank so will push you into financing with them even if you are already coming in with a cash or pre finance offer. Might seem like they are trying to get you a better deal but it so they get paid off too.

Our experience here was beyond extraordinary! Ryan was super helpful together with his boss. They did everything to make sure we get approved for our Colorado! I would definitely go back here in the future if we need to purchase another car. Mr.Kerry from finance was super cool and funny. He did everything to give us the best price that will help fit our budget. If you are planning to purchase a car soon or in the future, Larson will be the best choice.

Well well well so many things I could say but I'll just start off by saying low pressure, none actually. Very helpful and really nice bunch of people who work here. They are dedicated to their staff and to their customers. Would I come back and buy here again or refer them. Yes I would. Ask for Bryan. If he's not available he will give you one of his quality employees also even the General Manager Darryl is approachable and friendly. Everyone here is. I just can't promise you hot fresh coffee but lots of variety lots of good values and c'mon down tell em Miss Queen referred ya!
