Try to get someone on the phone is like pulling teeth. One of their options you choose just hangs up on you. Try to do the text message service and it fails big time. Operator? What’s that?!?!
Yeah, just another typical lame dealership

Larson Dodge in Puyallup literally killed it! Their salesman Nate handled my out of town situation fully and got me approved in no time keeling in great communication and answering any questions I had. The process was easy and unlike other car lots I actually left with the vehicle I wanted instead of the Okey doke come in and then maybe we can sell you this car instead. Great company, great cars, and great sales personal I'll be recommending them to all my union brothers.

Went to get my father’s car looked at and fixed. They couldn’t figure it out said they would have to fix one part and see if that worked if not then go on to the next one. So we ordered the part I have been waiting since January 2024 for this part was told 4-6 weeks. I called to get updates at 6 weeks couldn’t get ahold of anyone my service advisor Lacy would never return my calls nor was she at work when I eventually got ahold of someone they would tell me she had called in sick or was not there and to leave a message which I do and yet nothing. She was never there at work, it is now September and I still haven’t heard back or have the part I need. Avoid coming to this dealership, well at least that parts and services try going to the one in Tacoma or do some research and fix your own vehicle.

**Review: Misleading Practices and Poor Customer Service**
I recently tried to purchase an Escalade V from this dealership, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Initially, they advertised a warranty that supposedly came with the vehicle. However, it quickly became apparent that this was false advertising, as the warranty didn’t apply to this particular car.
When I pointed out that the car was overpriced, the salesperson referred me to the manager. The manager presented me with a Canadian spec sheet, claiming the car was worth over $40,000 more than it actually was—a blatant attempt to justify an inflated price that was still higher than their advertised amount.
As an out-of-state buyer from New York, I was informed that they only accept cash deals for out-of-state purchases. Despite being prepared to pay cash, the manager claimed he would make an exception for me. However, things took a strange turn after I submitted my ID and credit information. The manager insisted that I find a notary to proceed with the sale and suggested sending my personal documents to the notary. This is highly unusual since, in New York State, documents are typically sent directly to the customer, who then takes them to a notary. When I shared this with my bank, they were baffled by the dealership's demands.
The manager also claimed that their website stated they do not do out-of-state deals. Yet, when I asked him to show me this policy, he conveniently ignored my request. It became clear that they were not interested in selling me the car once they realized I was a well-qualified buyer from New York.
To make matters worse, my bank, which is part of their preferred network, attempted to reach out to them numerous times, only to be ignored. The manager also claimed that their website stated they do not do out-of-state deals. Yet, when I asked him to show me this policy, he conveniently ignored my request. After all this, they abruptly ended the deal without any explanation, leaving me with no understanding of why they decided to walk away.
It’s worth mentioning that this car has been sitting on their lot for over four months, likely due to these deceitful practices. I’ve purchased cars out of state multiple times and have never encountered such an experience.
In summary, I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their misleading practices and lack of transparency are significant red flags.

I bought my Ram 3500 from this Larson and it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. No stress, no pressure, worked with me to get a payment I needed, no games. 10/10 recommend and will be buying another one for the company here!

Tried to give a zero star review but made me choose at least 1 star. Worst experience that I have ever had at any vehicle dealership. The service staff was very unresponsive and extremely difficult to get on the phone to answer service questions. Finally had to work with new service manager to get follow up. Took vehicle back into dealership several times in attempts to complete the repairs and discovered scratches all over vehicle even so deep scratches penetrated vehicle clear coat paint. Tried to get manager to review and see the damage but went nowhere and ignored. Will never recommend dealer to anyone.

I cannot discourage purchasing a car from Larson aggressively enough.
If you do and god forbid you need work covered by your warranty you may find yourself in a nightmare back and forth like I have. As of today my car has been in the shop for 2 full months. Between my spouse and I we have called in literally 40 times in the past 61 days.
It is embarrassing to call this frequently and know that the employees are probably annoyed to even see our name pop up on their caller I.D. but each time we call they tell us our technician is not available and that they do not have information to provide us but will cal back. At which point the call never comes. initially we weren't even told if the warranty would cover the work and that some of the problems (caused by aftermarket parts that were on the vehicle at the time of the purchase)would not be covered as a part of the warranty because they were aftermarket.
We were told they do not offer loaner cars which seems unacceptable for a slew of reasons but especially because the shop that discovered the concerns told us that the car would have had to have been sold to us with the damage already in place based off of our driving habits, maintenance records and the timeframe we've had the car.
We were offered the chance to rent a car at the cost of $50 a day. At this point that would have cost us over $3,000. That’s in addition to the fact that we are still making payments on an auto loan for a vehicle that we cannot drive as well as the full coverage insurance we maintain.
At this point we have had to request to speak with management for further assistance and they let us know they would gather as much information as they could and reach back out. That call has also failed to make it’s way back to us on multiple occasions for well over a month.
I cannot put into words how frustrated and defeated I feel and to have to go to this extent of airing our grievances online is exhausting but continuing to try and navigate day to day life without the vehicle I’m paying for is not an option.

poor customer service, judgemental about credit & how much you’re willing to spend. will pull more money out of you, than needed. do not recommend here. i’ve tried calling several times for information about a vehicle i’d like to purchase, and no ones returned my calls in several days.
