6 am appointment, Arrive 5:21 am. Check in, get told no door available. 7:14 am get a door, sit in dock 48 minutes, before touching the load to unload. 8:25 am, go in and ask how long??? I have another drop @ 9 am. They say, waiting on paperwork. 9:16 am, I get paperwork. I HATE going there

Can NOT check in 1 hour early. Had 0200 appt tried to check in 0100. Was turned away, told to leave the property and come back at 0130. The check in line goes down the busy road and is a cluster. Because some drivers went to sleep in sleeper berth didn’t wake up and nobody can tell what is going on.

I got here at 10:30 pm for my 11:00 pm appointment, docked and was unloaded by 1:30 am. It's not good, but not bad.. BUT, if they don't allow overnight parking, where am I supposed to go at 1;30 am? Every truck stop and rest area are always full. If a company doesn't allow trucks to stay overnight, then don't have nighttime deliveries. Lessons learned, DO NOT GET LOADS FROM OR TO KROGER.

It's chaos at the entrance. They do not have coordination. One piles up at the entrance and there is a fight to get one in.
