Bate and switch pricing, no attempt to resolve, hiding behind an Internet pricing disclaimer....poor customer service and satisfaction experience, very disappointed. Strangely enough they don't want to sell to an out of state buyer, seems discriminatory....internet sales team was awesome, the sales management team experience deplorable.... major disconnects and an unwillingness to mediate and find common ground. Manager "Jxxxxx" committed to keep me in the loop as to whether the car would be for sale or was going to be wholesaled, supposedly it was advertised in error and had not been checked or serviced, but the next day, the same ad I had seen online has 30 pictures added with a price increase of 10K and I've received no notification or consideration whatsoever, as was promised. I definitely feel I was not treated in a truthful way and misled as to whether they were going to keep or wholesale the car, it seems pretty obvious that that was known during my discussion with 'Jxxxxx'. Hopefully dealership leadership will see this and step up and make things right. A reasonable solution would be to sell me the car for trade in price they paid plus any reconditioning costs, if any, the car would be a wash for them and they would have a satisfied customer and resolve a major price discrepancy or error in a fair and equitable manner to both parties. For now in my opinion, go elsewhere, not worth the risk and disrespect to a potential and qualified customer. Internet sales team telling you one thing and the sales management something else, just not the way business should be conducted or customers treated.

The Service department was very caring, patient, and professional with making sure my vehicle was taken care of. Katrina does a wonderful job. Korum Ford in Puyallup rocks. And Kimberly and others that answer my calls made sure the service advisor gets messages I would leave. Parts department were great making sure the parts were ordered and taken to service department in timely manner that I ordered to have put on my vehicle.

My brother bought a 2009 GTI from you guys and has had nothing but problems. Problems that should have been covered by the warranty you sold him. I hope I don't find out that you knew of the problem before you sold him the car and the warranty, and you insinuated that the warranty will cover everything knowing that the problem you discovered would not be covered. You guys should do the right thing and give him every single penny back that he gave you for the car and the warranty!

Day 2 of Car hunting we landed at Korum Ford in Puyallup, Wa. From the time we walked in the door, and yes I bought a car, to the time we left we experienced amazing customer service all the way around. Our Sales person was exceptional. Had answers to all our questions and if he didn't know, asked for us. The whole experience was pressure free and I/we walked out of Korum all smiles. Highly recommend Car shopping here!!!

I’m a proud new palisade owner! I did a ton of home work on other vehicles and stopped by Korum Hyundai on a whim. Mike was awesome and answered all my questions without being pushy. I surprisingly fell in love with the palisade and he offered to run numbers just to see if it made sense. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I took the numbers and made a few other dealership stops. Really nobody was as quick, kind, knowledgeable and non pushy. I returned the next day and purchased! Mike, Frankie and Sam were so in sync and my purchase was seamless. Mike gave me an entire tour of my vehicle and I feel so educated. Thanks Korum and crew!!!! See you soon for my coating and tinting!

TL:DR - Took car in for routine maintenance and they missed obvious problems. Did not respond when trying to contact them. Took car in for a tune up, originally they quoted about $400 for the tune up. Brought in the car, and they said $400 was just for the spark plugs. Spark plug should not be $400 to change out. They are about $10 a piece and take very little time to swap out (I've done spark plugs before - very easy). I opted instead just for an oil change, and to have them look over my car for any maintenance issues. I've always taken it to the dealership for routine maintenance, which was in South Dakota when I lived there, and then the Ford in Tacoma when I first moved up here. Always had a great experience, and they give you a sheet of everything they inspected even during routine oil changes, such as battery, tires, belts, brake lights and headlights, fluids, etc. They called me back and said they looked over the car and everything look good, but I needed a new tires ASAP. They missed my bad battery, my cracked valve cover, and my third brake light was out. These are things I would expect them to find during a routine inspection and were very obvious. Also, I got a second opinion from two different places on my tires, both said my tires were more than fine. I have zero confidence in their maintenance facilities when they can't even find very obvious problems. Tried to contact the dealership and never heard back. Will never go to any dealer owned by Korum for either my future car care needs or when looking to purchase a new vehicle. If you need to go to a dealership, it's worth it to drive elsewhere.

I have numerous ford vehicles and have purchased 3 explorers including an Explorer ST through Korum and today I'm stuck with picking up two more Bronco sports. One of our existing Bronco sports started over heating! We had it taken to the dealership and the dealership without a bit of concern said "We can't even look at it until October". Brand new vehicle over heating unusable and they tell me this! I will never shop at Korum again!

My husband and I recently had an amazing experience buying our GMC Yukon from Frank! He provided excellent service, answered all our questions, never once pressured us, gave us a very fair trade price for our old vehicle & after we decided to purchase our Yukon the whole transaction went very quick! He even was able to include a few upgrades that we really wanted to sweeten the deal. 10/10 recommend the Korum pre owned lot, we really enjoyed working with Frank!!!

I don't know about the rest of this dealership, but their PARTS DEPT is top-notch! They ordered the correct part I needed, it arrived quick, they called me to say it's in, went to pick it up, on the fly I needed new wiper blades, they gave me the correct ones, both friendly and competent Parts people, and all easy without a problem. I'll definitely get my parts from them whenever the need arises. Now I wonder how their Service Dept is...? Thanks Korum Ford!

Took my Ford Ranger truck in for several minor repairs, one being a new shift indicator cable, which, they did not have the part, was going to take 2 or 3 months to get it, however, I was charged that day $150 for what I thought was the labor to put it in the part when it arrived, which would be around the end of May. My total bill that day was $850 for what I had repaired and the $150 for the indicator cable install. Several weeks later, I received a call from Korum saying that the part would not be in now until "Maybe", October! I had to cancel, as I will not be in this area in October! So, went to Korum, to get a refund of the $150 labor I paid, and they told me that it was not for the labor to put in the part, but for looking at! I told them that I am the one who told you what I needed, all you had to do was order the part and install it.....so they basically said, that that $38 dollar part was going to end up costing me $300 dollars to put it in!! $150 to "LOOK" at it, and another $150 to put it in if and when it ever comes in!! Needless to say, I will never use there service again, nor will any of my family!

We purchased a Ford Escape from Subaru of Puyallup. We take it home and drive it for a couple days before we notice a gas smell coming thru the AC vents. We take it back to Subaru and they said that Korum recently replaced the engine in it so they turned it into Korum to fix. Service manager says they found nothing wrong despite it leaking about 2 quarts of oil in their lot. We take the car back and bring it back the very next day for the same issue. This time, Subaru decided to take a peak under the hood before giving it back to Korum. They pretty much found every major bolt on the engine, oil pan, and fuel lines to all be only hand tightened. So they report this to Korum and Korum takes possession of the vehicle once again. They apparently assign the worst tech they have to fix it because he apparently broke other things on the engine in the process of repairing it and was calling out of work more than any worker I've known. A month goes by and they are giving us every excuse in the book as to why it's not done yet. They finally tell us that they fixed the engine but now they heard a noise coming from what he thought was the transmission. They started looking at the transmission and after 2 days of investigation, they decide it wasn't the transmission. He supposedly found the noise but then all the sudden, the transmission isn't working although it was turned into them in perfect working order. Korum decided for this fix that it wasn't their fault when literally all the evidence says it is and try to charge us for the repair. Luckily, Subaru picked up the tab. I would sue if I was them because there is ample evidence saying Korum lied. They supposedly fire the tech that was working on it and assigned someone else who then had to fix or replace the transmission. After TWO MONTHS, TWO FREAKING MONTHS, we finally get the car back in working order. I bought a similar Escape back in 2017 from Korum and their sales team was phenomenal. But I will not recommend this place to anyone for sales or service because of their service department. I've owned Ford vehicles for years and have been to pretty much all the service departments in this region. Korum's service department is by far the worst operated and worst managed I have EVER been to. The service manager should not have a job for costing someone else 5k by lying. UPDATE: We had the power steering go out and the radio and dash lights started flashing on and off along with electrical burning smell. Turns out the wiring harness was not reinstalled correctly. The car is now at Sunset Ford being fixed like it should have been in the first place. Disappointing to know that we can't get a Ford fixed at a Ford Dealership.
