misdiagnosed, overcharged, refused warranty
Took my car for some warranty repair (grinding during shifts) and they tried to charge me $8000 worth of repairs and refused warranty coverage. A second opinion revealed that Hyundai failed to even identify the actual cause of the issue so I would've paid thousands and still had my original problem. My wife's car is burning oil like crazy and they're making her spend months doing tests and cleaning that she has to pay for before they'll acknowledge the issue and fix it.
Hyundai will work hard to avoid covering repairs under warranty.

They clearly do not give a toss. Can't reach anyone after sending my car in for the second time after the first failed diagnostic. The receptionist or whoever handles the initial calls simply rejects calls without answering. Trying to be polite and patient but this is ridiculous. *Update* Towed in vehicle for third time. As I told the manager I will update my review/consumer complaints depending on the outcome. Towing a car in for repairs for a 4th time is unacceptable. Never buy a Hyundai, I've never had issues with my other vehicles to this level.

Bad business. My daughter bought a car and in less than 6 months the engine is shot. Do better Korum Hyundai. No help and you keep telling her there is no warranty. This leads me to believe YOU didnt do your due diligence on the car and sold her a lemon. NEVER buy from a place that doesn't stand by their work.

Went to have service done. The tech dinged all my rims with air gun took pics let Dj my contact know he was always nice until I needed help then he turned into Casper! Never heard from anyone not even to tell me to go pound sand. I will never go back. Had a ceramic coating done and they were nice and fixed what they could after commenting on what a rookie job they did.

We did not dare bring our car in for service ,talked to service manager he told us because the car was almost 4 years old and very few miles 9700 the blower would not be covered under Warranty to see what was wrong with it would cost 200. then would have to pay cost of parts and labor plus would not get it checked out until late Aug. so the best thing was to get it fixed now since we are leaving for Montana for two weeks .Hyundai service or there 10 year or 100000 mile are not to be trussed in Washington State .

My husband and I purchased a new Hyundai from this dealership in June. It was the first car purchase for either of us. He did a bunch of research on cars and we both researched how to counter all of the bad stuff we'd always heard about dealerships. We were prepared to feel stressed and pressured during the process. Well, that was actually not the case at all here. This wasn't the place we were planning on going to but we're very glad we ended up at Korum.
The process was a lot easier than we were expecting and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. There was a bit of negotiating and no hidden fees unlike a lot of places that we've read about. They also didn't try to add anything that we didn't agree to in the financing department.
We would both absolutely recommend Korum Hyundai.
Shout out to Andrew, who was our salesperson.

Worst customer service from a dealership or car lot. Happy to take my money, but after that nothing. This is the second time I have had to prove I paid for the maintance wrap. Still the worst customer service ever. Wasted another whole day arguing with these people eventhough I have recipts and paper work proving my purchase
STAY AWAY from this Automotive Group, bery shady

I booked an appointment to get a security recall done. Brought it in just to be told my security system needs to be removed in order to preformthe recall this is something thatcould have been asked when i made the appointment. They left my car with wires hanging near the peddle and wasted my time. These people are a joke! I'll never buy a vehicle from a korum dealership.

I have had some issues at other Hyundai dealerships, especially when it comes to customer service. But that changed when I arrived here. I initially had an appointment that for some reason or another, gotten canceled. Sedric Ferguson took great care of me. He could have easily rescheduled me for another date, but he understood and took the time to get me in that same day! He walked me through the process and I was in and out in an hour and a half, as he promised!
As someone that was losing faith in Hyundai service, you have definitely restored that and I really, appreciate you taking care of me! You are the model of what customer service looks like!! This will definitely be my primary dealership!! Thank you!
