The Korum Ford Service Department did a wonderful, and timely, job in diagnosing and repairing a serious suspension and sensor problem on my 2021 Mustang MachE. The staff was friendly and efficient and, despite a heavy workload, was able to repair what initially appeared to be a serious issue in short order. I recommend them highly.

Great experience at Korum Ford, straight forward with pricing and communication. Was a remote deal, shipping to AK, and from from the first call to picking up off the barge Woody was honest, respectful, and kept me up to date on the vehicle's status.

10/10 buying experience! We worked with Woody who helped us find a new Explorer to fit our growing family. Car buying is always stressful but Woody and his team were patient, accommodating and caring as we also had our two toddlers with us through the process. Worked with Marc and it was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Never was pushy at all and really felt like he listened to my needs and wants. I normally dread getting service for my vehicle, no matter how big or small the issue. Luckily my service technician, Mike Knight, was awesome to work with and made the process very easy! He was kind, communicative, and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle in a very timely fashion. I will be returning in the future and hopefully working with Mike again. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

After using the mobile EV charger that came with my 2023 Lightning for less than 15 times the amber light started coming on when charging and the kW charge rate was fluctuating. After doing some research I concluded that the charger was overheating and decided to call the dealership. The service department told me to come in with the truck and the charger for some testing. After showing up to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon I had a new charger within the hour. Thank you Korum for replacing the charger. The new one works great!!
