Woody our car salesman was great. He sold us a truck 2 years ago and now we went back to Korum and woody sold us a 2024 Ford Escape. Woody is so nice and helpful. I would recommend people to ask for him to sell them a vehicle. David the loan officer also was very nice and explained everything to us. We are very happy with Korum Ford. Kerri and James Anderson

It was disappointing that on my second visit, I brought my wife to look and place an order to buy a truck, but my initial salesperson walked past my wife and me three times and didn't address us. We elected to leave.
We even placed an internet build and forwarded my build to the salesperson, but to date, there has been no communication. Also, no one from the dealership has responded, and we placed the name of the salesperson on the internet build.
Fyi, if you call a boiler plate email an “reach out on the 25” it sure was lacking in any support in supporting a future purchase

I started the process online. They called and they had the car ready when I got there. Mike was super friendly and got us in and out with my new car in an hour. Exceptional I would recommend them to everbody.

Friendly people, good service center. Usually has a nice selection of cars but can vary just like any dealer. Bring snacks when you purchase a car, it's a long process

Took a year to get a scheduled oil change. Then when the time comes the free oil changed expired 1 week earlier..The service Dept is reason I will never go back to this dealership
