I have bin getting my hair colored and cut for eight yrs now at this place i have to say Brittany is hands down by far the best of the best she is always punctual and has a smile on her face i look forward to seeing Brittany as i am getting my hair done she is a colour spaecialist and absoloutley amazi ng with extensions my only regret is that i have ONLY bin going to her eight yrs. Her prices r ridiciuasley AMAZING too if u want to look amazing and still hav money left over to shop KOLOUR BY DESIGHN IS THE PLACE TO GO U WONT B DISSAPOINTED

well..... I have been having Shelly do my hair over the last year until I had her add low lights that became a disaster!! my hair was Ashy and dark. I was told to add lemon to my conditioner and see if that worked by her . I left with my hair wet so she couldn't tell. when that didnt work she had me come in and added a toner , I left with my hair wet again and still was to dark. no blonde at all. Shelly strung me along for over a week with every excuse to not refoil or even look at it and what didn't work! I paid $230 for a partial foil and cut(trim). I now need to go pay to have my hair fixed!!!! she's the owner, and over charges for average grade service. Quality not worth $$$$ ! I expected so much more from a business owner to treat a client so poorly. I have pictures and text to prove it!

Going in for my third appointment tomorrow and I am ecstatic! I suggest Kolour By Design to anyone who will listen because, in my experience, a hair appointment has never been easier, quicker, cheaper, higher quality, and long-lasting than the appointments I've had here. My mom wanted to get a standard cut and after she's seen the results of my hair and listened to my experience with the salon and my friendly hair stylist, Shelley, she filled out the questionnaire (with pictures of her current hair and reference photos at the ready) the next day and has an appointment scheduled for Friday! The reference pictures she used remind her of what her hair looked like when she was younger so I am anxiously awaiting her appointment as well as mine. Shelley always does an amazing job and clearly has plenty of experience and passion for her work so I know my mom will not be disappointed and I can't wait to see how happy she'll be after her appointment. I'm confident in the quality of work provided here and am appreciative of the comforting atmosphere, kind people, and pleasant conversations that have been ever present each and every time. If you're unsure about scheduling an appointment, let this be your sign

I took a lil trip to THE sweetest hair artists for a slight change and I've never been happier. I asked for a copper overtone with warm highlights and that's exactly what I got along with the most comfortable experience I've ever had. As someone with social anxiety and who is very shy she was so sweet and made it so easy to work with and talk about the image in mind because of it and that's my favorite part honestly. Thank you so much shelley for making it such a great experience with an even better outcome than I could have imagined

As soon as I walked in the door, Shelley greeted me with a warm smile. I was very hesitant about stepping back into a hairsalon as the last two times didn't go so well. I figured 3rd times a charm right? Right! I'm so glad I made my appt because Shelley did not disappoint! We talked while she was doing my hair & it was just a breath of fresh air just sitting there talking with her. She made my time there well worth it & I am beyond grateful for the outcome of my hair. I will definitely be back there in the future. So glad I finally found a good hair salon I can go to. Thank you Shelley for your remarkable work! I love it!!

I went to get some low lights placed into the top section of my natural grey hair since the bottom was much darker in color. It was a bit of a shock since I was so use to seeing my hair light for so long, but now that I'm use to it, I love it. The low lights have really made a huge difference in the contrast of my hair and I am truly loving it now. I had a partial done and had it done by Brittany who was a huge help in the process. She knew what would look great, and she was absolutely right. I highly recommend this Salon and Brittany! ?

Did wonders for me! 1. Fixed my hair after new shampoo bar ruined my hair 2. Gave me an excellent cut for my face / body type that 3 weeks later I am still in love with 3. Pleasant and flexible with my needs This is my new hair salon. Thanks for your expertise!

I am so beyond thankful and grateful to have FINALLY found someone to do my hair. It's been rough trying people that refuse to listen. Chantel beyond listened.
