Horrible people!! My husband depends on his narcolepsy meds. Requested a refill of meds on Tuesday. By Friday I called to see if it was ready because we still hadn’t received a text that it was ready! April told me “it’s not her job to contact us if the meds can’t be filled because we are all to busy here and to find a pharmacy in California to fill it.” They knew on Wednesday that the RX couldn’t be filled and didn’t care enough to give us a heads up about this issue. My husband depends on this med to work, drive and basically function without falling asleep possibly hurting himself or others. He leaves for a work trip on Sunday afternoon! Now he has to tell his boss about this incredible inconvenience to his work colleagues who depend on him to be functional during a launch event for AMAZON. Kirks Pharmacy has jeopardized his safety and our family’s livelihood! This is the second time in 2 years this has happened AND one other time with our infant sons liver compound meds. We had to go to Seattle Children’s to get that one filled last minute!! Unbelievable how the lack of compassion this company has for its community!! Shame on you guys!! Will be letting our family doctor know about this treatment of us.

Been using kirks for many years now. Trust them to take care of my husband and my prescriptions with professional accounting and accuracy more than any other I have dealt with.

Eatonville folks are top shelf, very caring. Knowledgeable and the customer service is beyond reproach. Very appreciative For them setting the bar so high, thank you.

Several months ago my daughter had the flu and after calling several, kirks was the only location in the area with tamiflu. When I walked in it reminded me of my small hometown, a family pharmacy with personal customer service. The receptionist told me to take a seat and when it was filled the pharmacist came out and gave me the directions to administer it rather than calling me back up to the counter. Everyone was so friendly. I got home and told my husband we’d be switching all our prescriptions to them from now on and visiting them first when we need OTC meds.Fast forward to today, my husband and I both came down with norovirus overnight and were struggling with our two little ones who of course feel fine. After a virtual visit I had my doctor send in a prescription to zofran today (Saturday) and my mother in law offered to pick it up.She arrived to find the store closed (my fault should have looked at the hours!) but serendipitously some family members of the owners were in the parking lot and the pharmacist made a special trip to get us our prescription- now a days, who does that!?! Thank you! You’ve got some new lifelong customers (though I promise to find a back up for future Saturday or Sunday emergencies).

Andrew (Kirk's son) is awesome, caring and helpful. He obviously learned from his father the value of going the extra mile for your clients.

Personal service with small town charm. The staff is attentive (unlike the chain pharmacies) and better prices on my Rx (unlike the chain pharmacies and my mail pharmacy)

Rude, rude, RUDE downtown location. Sunrise location the PEOPLE MADE all the difference! Richard, Holly were ALWAYS SO GREAT.NICE, KIND, would answer your questions. Not make you feel as if you are bothering them with d*** questions.I understand COVID made everyone short staffed.TikTok is full workers EXPOSING RUDE behavior of customers. So when PHARMACY STAFF individuals TRUSTED with making your MEDICATION are RUDE & snappy because you asked a question...doesn't make me trust you. I've been a customer for years because I USED to trust Kirk's over large pharmacies. COVID shouldn't be an "acceptable reason " for down right nastiness. Now I feel like "something " will be done to my medicine. IF anything happens to me my family has this.

So excited to have found this pharmacy!! Since Cope’s closed in Orting. I’ve been going to chain store pharmacy and it’s just not the same. They are responsive through email and remembered me. Thank you!

I went in to Kirk’s in Sunrise three months in a row to complain that the rx I was given was making me sick to my stomach and they told me every month that they would order a different generic and were “unable” to get the name brand in stock. I specifically came to there because they had alternative options but clearly they do not. Each month they told me it was handled and I thought my concerns were noted and then each month I showed up to the same meds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you are sensitive to meds and have any side effects, THEY DO NOT CARE.

1) I dropped off a prescription to be filled. The next day I get a phone call from Kirk's asking if I wanted the prescription filled. Huh? Why else would I bring you a prescription? 2) I pick up the bottle of 1 mg qty 30 capsules. I dispense these per the instructions on the label. 3) I bring in another identical prescription when the above capsules are gone. I verified with my doctor that both prescriptions were identical. Cut and pasted. 4) I get a phone call the next day asking if I want the prescription filled. Huh? Duh. 5) I pick up this second bottle of capsules and when I get home I notice the capsules are .5 mg, qty 30. I wasn't told they changed the capsule dosage. They looked the same to me. Same price by the way. 6) I call Kirk's and they say the instructions are to take 1 mg (2 capsules) for 14 days, then reduce dose to .5 mg. Hence the .5 mg capsules. Ok. Why was I given 1 mg capsules the first time? 7) The instructions typed on the bottle say nothing about reducing the dosage after 14 days. Kirk's admits the instructions they put on the bottle are incorrect. Was there an apology? No. Did Kirk's even appear concerned? No. So the first bottle of capsules were not taken per the doctor's instructions. The dosage was not reduced after 14 days per Kirk's incorrect instructions. The capsules should have been .5 mg not 1mg. The 2nd bottle of 30 .5 mg capsules was only enough for two weeks. I asked, "What if this medication was for heart or other critical condition? I could be dead." His response? "I don't like your tone." Yes. My tone had changed to disbelief and exasperation. He wasn't supposed to like it. I hung up at that point. Another thing I just noticed: most of the capsules of the second bottle are marked with what appears to be a Sharpie black marker. The marks are non-identical marks and some are not marked. If these are marks of a Sharpie, why would that be ok to ingest? Why are some marked and not others?

Received my J&J covid vaccine and booster here. Professional, quick, efficient and only place we could find that has all 3 options for Covid19 vaccines. Recommend to everyone we know.

First and last time in Kirks. I have a medical disability that does not allow me to wear a mask. When asked to wear one by staff, I told the young girl behind the counter I could not wear one due to a medical condition and that I am medically exempt from wearing one. Then she tells me to go and wait outside……….I informed her she could not legally tell me to wait outside due to a disability. Then very rudely asked for my name and walked away and got another worker, who was much more pleasant ( Think of it as denying a person with a handicap sticker access to a handicap parking spot, illegal.).Wait what, so a place that soul purpose is to help with people’s medical ailments is telling someone to go wait outside because of a medical disability they have……….

Check your packets of medication. One of my blood pressure medications was missing. I trusted them, and it took about ten days of uncontrolled blood pressure to discover the error. The owner did not inquire about my blood pressure or how I was feeling. We need a compounding pharmacy, so this was disappointing. We need to stay with Kirk’s.
