Tried to make appointment for an oil change but couldn't get in until end of October. I told her I needed it done asap since i was going to Oregon and it was over due.. The service person said come in on 9/10, 9/11, or 9/12 to the express service door. So I did. I was in and out about 2 1/2 hrs which I didn't mind at all. Thank you Kia!

I got scammed, don't do deal with these people. They lie to you to make you buy the car from them. They don't work with other kia dealers nor they bother to help you out to get the car you need, instead they just sell you what they have buy lying to you. Most expensive prices and the least fleet at this location.

Best place to buy, sell or upkeep maintenance in Washington! They have always been good to me and many others and the prices are great too. I drive all the way from Kingston just to come here and never anywhere else. If your looking for a place that you can trust and not wonder if your getting ripped off, this is it.

Working with Chase via e-mail and Sara in person on weekend one, then Chase and Sara together on weekend two. In particular want to thank Sara for taking my family through multiple vehicles and allowing us the opportunity to determine fit. I appreciated her attention to detail, knowledge of the various vehicles, and presence during the process. We found a vehicle we liked, worked through the best offers available, and drove home with a new Kia Sportage PHEV.
Would absolutely recommend working with this dealership based on this experience.

Karsten was amazing as usual. My engine went out on me and he got my car in as soon as he could. Within the week. So professional, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. I only prefer to work with him because he’s the only one I’ve experienced high quality service with. He’s the ONLY reason I decided to come back to Kia of puyallup even to consider rebuying a car from here. Thank you karsten, you made a very stressful situation for me manageable. Your the BEST!!!
