Jenn is the worst agent I've ever dealt with. She lied about an off market property and then told me I was a horrible person for asking 5x about it before refusing to work with her. Then she got extremely disrespectful (I have messages) when told her I'm done with her.

Our realtor BLOCKED me on Facebook after the sale was completed. Thanks Christopher Floyd!! Maybe he's mad I reported him for all the shady things he did. Oh also we love the house. We will have to redo the DIY pluming job you let the sellers breach the contract on but other than that it's great. Thanks for not even asking how things are going or showing up when we got the keys. Better believe when we sell we will use another agency. I've posted about you on multiple home buying pages now on Facebook and other realtors even say what you did was shady. Unbelievable.

When I was shopping around for a Good real estate agent I stumbled upon this place.Unfortunately their broker I believe his name is Jim made my wife extremely uncomfortable and she did not feel safe around him so this was not the right firm for us.

Dylan Ursua did excellent work. My buying process was extremely complicated caused by my side and the mortgage company made things very complicated and last moment problems showed up. Dylan worked things out. He worked hard followed up very often communicated very well with every side. It is a long story but he can deserve more than 5 stars. He also put very smart amount for the appraisal.

Elise and her team were very professional in the process and sell of our Buckley home.! From start to finish it was first class all the way! I must say the listing and media tools that were used were impressive along with the photographer team! I give them the highest rating because the truly proved their selves! We were happy to have 6 offers and a sold price well over listing! Way to go Gregg Team! May 2022 be a great year for all of you!

Was in signing process for buying our first home and everything was going great till they all a sudden changed things up and lied to us and tried to get us in over our heads now we have a written and signed contract and they are withholding our home from me I will never go there again plus to make it worse the house wasn't even livable the walls were falling apart from water seeping in from neglect! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

She is kind, courteous, caring, intelligent, efficient and one of the hardest working agents I have ever come across. Darcie Elliot and the broker Dave are dishonest ! I signed an offer on a home and less than 24 hours later the shed that was advertised with the property was removed. They played the blame game and said it belonged to the park and they didnt know it. Was going to be removed, which was untrue! They wouldnt make any concessions or try to make it right at all! Pretty shady! I tried discussing it with Dave and he was very rude and not willing to do anything about it in any way shape or form. ( Buyers Beware)
