I am writing this to give A HUGE shoutout to the sales associate by the name of Amanda at the S Hill Mall Kay Jewelers! I bought my favorite ring back in 2004 with a Lifetime sizing and Diamond warranty. Well I went in to have my ring resized at least 2 years ago on a few occasions and the associate at those times couldn’t find any record of my ring! Mind you I had to have it inspected and a diamond replaced so yes there was a record but absolutely NO ONE on any of the visits could find it! Well today I thought I would try again and within a half hour Amanda found my rings records! I cannot thank her enough as this ring is very special to me and with her going the extra mile of research and looking I will finally be wearing my beautiful ring again once it gets sized down a size! It is employees like her that truly make me feel that there are individuals who care about their customers as the others could have cared less and this was really my last attempt!! Thank you Amanda and I hope they appreciate the work you do!!

Chandler was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out a beautiful new diamond for my wedding ring. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences in quality to make sure I could pick out the best diamond.If you want amazing service, ask for Chandler!

Warning about Kay Promotions: Please ReadMy wife and I have been Kay customers for 15 years. We have made so many purchases and never had issues until recently. We were helped by Fatima at the Puyallup South hill mall store. We had made a total of $7,500 in ring purchases this time around and were told by Fatima that paying with our Kay card as always was the best route to earn points. The promotions were supposed to be interest free and full balance paid off in 12 and 18 months as we did two purchases. We have had promos like this before that worked out great.However this time Fatima incorrectly apparently set up the monthly payments for a minimum amount instead of dividing the total amount we owed by 12 and 18 for the two promos (monthly). As a result, by the end of the promotion and because of her mistake, we ended up paying over $800 in interest. Kay said there is nothing they could do to correct this mistake. We called the bank directly and they acknowledged the problem but informed us they couldn't help either. The bank instructed us to always do the math ourselves by dividing the total amount by the number of months to ensure that we qualify for interest free promos and to call the bank earlier to check the status of our account and payments, to ensure that it is correctly set up from the outset. So anyone planning to make these monthly interest free promos a part of their financial planning for jewelry please make sure you don't let what happened to you happened to us.

Please come and check out the South Hill Mall in Puyallup Washington's location of Kay Jewelers all the staff there is very personable and helpful and they will make you feel 100% satisfied with your purchase and treat you like family and you will leave there 100% satisfied with the fact that you found a piece for that special someone or yourself or in order to make memories that will last a lifetime. Ask for the manager Christine she will make sure that you absolutely love everything that you purchase from there.

My husband and I went into the store to get my 6 year old daughter her first birthstone necklace. Rachel was so very informative and helpful. She took her time and was very personable. Customer service is difficult in any environment but in one where people are entitled and a society that can exhibit narcissistic and rude behaviors, you can always rely on Shanin to provide a warm smile and kindness. My wife and I have been going to Kay’s for over 12 years. Between our engagement, to upgrades, to anniversaries, and presents for family we have always received the best service. Not everyone in the company can match her professionalism and unfortunately sometimes people have poor experiences with others. It is ironic that bad reviews have so much influence over an entire stores reputation. No one is perfect. But you can always get perfection from Shanin!

Brittany’s customer service was amazing! I brought in my grandmothers ring to be revamped into my new wedding ring set and she went above & beyond getting me exactly what I wanted! I really was blown away by her service, thank you brittany!!
