Nurse Laurie was amazing made me feel like family. Dr Jones took the time to evaluate and treat me giving me information in a way that I could understand. He did a chart review and noticed that I was scheduled to come back in 2 days for my 2nd shingles shot and offered to do it at this appointment so save me another trip in which I greatly appreciated. Great care and customer service. Thank you

Dr was great. I'm SUPER upset with scheduling. I was told I had to wear my glasses for two weeks before I came into the appointment and it turns out I didn't.I feel very dangerous, wearing my glasses and driving and now I have to have another consultation in another month and continue to wear my glasses two weeks before my next appointment.I even called two weeks prior to my appointment today to make sure I had to wear my glasses for this appointment. I was told yes I have to wear my glasses for two weeks before this appointment. And actually could've had this appointment almost a month earlier and so I'm just super irritated not to mention I feel delayed and put behind in getting this final surgery consultation.

Used to have nice free charging while you where being seen. Then they replaced it with a new company, requiring a new app, and charge higher than another charging network on the market at .85c

My appointment is scheduled for a 20 minute provider appt. I was seen by the doctor in under 10 minutes. I feel as though she did not listen to my concerns. All I wanted was to get an MRI as recommended by my chiropractor to find the underlying issue. But instead she wants to simply treat the symptoms and prescribe medicine. What ever happened to personalized care? Are we all just a number to Kaiser? And why is it so hard to request for an MRI? Such restrictive criterion.

I have been a Kaiser member now going on four years now. Initially, I was concerned about the idea of having an HMO but I was surprised to discover that I absolutely love it. The quality of care I have received, and the convenience of having the majority of my medical services in one building has been phenomenal. I have recommended Kaiser to others without reservation. Last year I had a significant health crisis that was very unexpected but the care I received exceeded my expectations in every way. For most of my appointments, I am seen promptly, receive any medications or lab work that might be needed and back to my day in under an hour. Kaiser has perfected managed care, and I am sold on it.
