Absolutely phenomenal service all around!! Their customer service was fantastic, they were extremely gracious anytime i called for an update. They made sure the ring was in perfect condition before pickup, including what couldn’t be seen by the eyes. The quality of the gold, diamonds, and settings are superb. It was a unique experience designing the ring and picking out the diamond. This is truly a small family run business and it’s apparent how much love and care is put into their work.

Went to have some engraving done. I showed up 15 minutes after opening to find a locked door. A closed door isn’t welcoming to visitors, let alone business. The younger woman who opened it for me appeared and sounded annoyed with my having a customer so early in the day (10:15am). I explained the engraving I needed done. She wrote it out. As I read it upside down, it was very unclear. I clarified it with her and she assured me the engraver would understand and that the instructions she wrote were sufficient .Five days later I received a phone call, asking for clarification because what she wrote was unclear to the engraver.Two weeks after the initial drop off, I called and was told my request isn’t ready but it is being worked on. I spoke with an older woman who said it should be ready next week and that two and a half weeks is “like two weeks”. She quickly ended the call.I immediately received a call back telling me my order IS ready and that they haven’t had a chance to review completed orders yet today. How much business do they do? Even with my ticket number, how could they not tell it was done when they checked? Miscommunication all around on every aspect so far.The finished product was an addition to a previous engraving and was supposed to br identical in detail. I was assured it would be. Though the job was completed in time albeit the confusion, the two sets of engraving are far from identical, with the newer one appearing bigger and wider, as if a larger tool was used.Though it was fairly priced, we weren’t completely satisfied. The craftsman ship is okay, but not great and not what we wanted. The miscommunication surrounding every aspect of our encounter, rudeness of staff, and quality of the product fell short of our expectations. We won’t be returning.

Amy and her Mother are the best! This is a very friendly family run business in the heart of beautiful downtown Puyallup. I have purchased many beautiful pieces of jewelry here including my wife and I's wedding rings. They are very honest and informative about their jewelry. I won't go anywhere else. They were recommended to me by a friend and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I have recommended them to many of my family and friends. Go check them out. You won't regret it!

Very kind and thoughtful. Had an old Casio watch that is extremely sentimental to me, with hard to find parts. Went out of their way to do the best repair they could, to get it back and functional.

I could not recommend this jeweler more. I've had numerous pieces of jewelry cleaned, new batteries, repaired, and they were done so beautifully. Recently I had a ring designed using my sweet mothers wedding ring diamonds. Amy was absolutely a gem to work with. She was so knowledgeable and worked diligently to create the perfect ring for me. They resized a ring that was passed down to me. The ring was pretty beat up, not round and not shiny at all. After about a week and a half, I got my ring back and it looks great! Craftsmanship is top notch. They have definitely won my future business.

I got my wedding ring back today. It needed to be resized, inspected, & cleaned. It looks beautiful & sparkly even in regular light & of course even better under the jewelry store lights. It was ready sooner than expected & also $20 less than the quote. I will definitely be a repeat customer at Johnson Jewelers.

They repaired the setting on my engagement ring over a year ago and did a phenomenal job. Today I called to see if I could get my settings checked and to have my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned. Within 5 minutes of arriving they checked the settings on my rings and did an ultrasonic cleaning for free. The staff is so kind. Highly recommend!

Want to give negative 10 stars!! Took my Invicta watch for a simple battery replacement. Had the back off the watch to make it easy for the replacement. Received call a few days later my watch band was broken even though I had not left it that way. When I went to pick up my watch the watch band had been broken off on both sides, one side of the watch band was cut into two pieces, and one of the small dial hands were broken off in the watch. The store offered to replace the band but I do not have confidence they could replace it without causing more damage, and now that the watch is completely broken so why would I have them do anything. I have had my watches including this watch serviced at other locations for three decades and never had anything like this happen before. It is understood mistakes happen but placing the blame on the customer is not acceptable at any level.

I came in with a very sentimental ring (that literally cost $5 at Claire’s) that I wanted to figure out how to preserve. They absolutely knocked it out of the park for me!!!! I am so happy! The jeweler Amy was amazing to work with and was able to do exactly what I was envisioning. Their service was amazing and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend!!!

They did everything we asked for and more! I got my rings sized up and my husbands ring got resoldered after all the solders failed on his ring (rings are from a different company). They got everything done in under 2 weeks! Our rings look better than the day we got them. I absolutely recommend this company! They’re also such an integral part of puyallup history! Go support them!
