Listed our home with Jed Wright. The agent was clearly under the influence and going through alcohol withdrawals. Bloodshot eyes, shaking, sweating and consistently feeling under the weather. Jed would schedule open houses and put them off on another agent or not show up at ALL! After a couple weeks of this, we immediately canceled our listing. I expressed my concerns with the office who didn’t seem at all bothered by it. Don’t EVER list with Mr. Wright! You’ll be in the WRONG!

We selected Mike’ Mansour and Sierra Mayer to list and sell our house in Black Diamond. That turned out to be the best decision we made - choosing these two awesome folks. Mike is one very knowledgeable and dedicated realtor who knows how best to list a house and works hard all the way through the challenging process of selling a home. His lovely partner, Sierra, does an amazing job composing the description of the house and property and orchestrating the video tour as well as photos of the house - they were spectacular! She works very hard behind the scene making the whole process from listing to closing run very smoothly. I have used Lani Girvan to buy and sell multiple properties now and they’re always difficult buys with complications due to the uniqueness of the project. She is always on top of it. I couldn't have found a better fit. Marvin Yamada is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. From the start he makes you feel like he is a friend helping out another lifelong friend. When he met with us for the first time, he had a lot of information and hand-outs that he goes over with you to make you feel comfortable about all stages of selling your home. He worked with us to fine tune some details with the home to help it stand out. During the whole process, Marvin was in touch with us asking and answering questions and never made us wait to hear from him. At the end, we felt really good about everything from start to finish.
