Since opening at the end of 2023 and until now, the store has half empty shelves and is disgustingly dirty. The floors are not washed at all. Even at the entrance the view is terrible!

I just had the worst experience ever at my local joanns store. This employee named Melissa aka store manager was the rudest, unconsiderate, bias and judgemental racist passive aggressive person. I wanted a fews yards of plastic and she told me that based on how I look I could not afford it because it was $60 a yard. This is unacceptable behavior, employees like this should not even be working places that imply serving a customer.

Really sad to see. Just walking in it’s immediately obvious that this store has a major shoplifting problem. Came in just looking for some $5 bead chain (said online they had 3 in stock) only to find the home for it completely empty, with many other outs as well. Associates were very nice, but shopping here is a depressing experience. Can’t see this store lasting much longer unfortunately.

Employees are so nice and helpful but whoever runs this store is doing a terrible job. Shelves are always empty and there are always boxes everywhere. The poor employees are obviously understaffed. Management needs to do better!

The merchandise is not on the shelf. Boxes all over the store to be unpacked. They have one person stocking the shelves. She can't do it all. Manager schedule more.peiple.

Wow! This place was a complete mess. Aisle after aisle of nearly bare shelves. It looks like the floor hasn't been swept or mopped in a long time.

I noticed a lot of their shelves are bear. They didn't have the item I was looking for even tho online it said they had it available.

I went here recently and saw that the prices had gone up. A single spool of black thread not sold out is about $5 - $7. There is also no more clearance section. Items that are discounted are now mixed in within their departments. They currently have Christmas seasonal on sale, but the original prices are so high that it doesn’t seem like it’s discounted with high percentages. But their fabric section is still large. And they do have some small pieces available on sale on an endcap near the back counter with neat designs. These do seem more ideal for very small projects compared to medium or large size though. You would still need to do the usual routine to get the desired design and size wanted though.

This store is not stocked! All products are in boxes. No selection at all. Obviously poor management. The workers are unmotivated and very slow at everything. The store is not busy. Corporate should close the store to reorganize departments. I do not recommend this store Tacoma and Tukwila are a better option. Very disappointing...

You'd think they were going out of business with all the empty shelves and pegs! Apparently cleaning isn't a priority either. Stock all over the floor everywhere. New and old merch in boxes blocking the isles. It's like a tornado went through and the staff doesn't care. The cashier told me they are short staffed and have had their hours cut. I'm thinking there are more than just those issues that are contributing factors to this disaster.I saw 4 employees there this afternoon and none of them were doing anything to remedy the situation. Sad

I shop at Joanns pretty often, this store in particular is so poorly managed!! The people working there are all pretty nice and try to be helpful but there are boxes stacked high everywere!! They all say they arent given the hours to get the job done... I know its the holidays and I know things can get hectic and I'd take that as a reasonable explanation except I also go to the Tacoma and Olympia stores and they all look fine... Its this store I went in today searching for a specific fabric the gal at the cut counter tried to help me by finding the article number.. she said that really they are the only store that has any and that they have 20 yards "Somewhere" she asked someone else if they could help and they said its in one of the boxes in the store but has no way of knowing where. I rolled the dice and ordered it online but I already know my order will be cancelled because they won't be able to find it. This store never used to be this way and its sad that it is now.

Is the Joann executive team complacent or have they just given up? I feel bad for the few hard working people who are trying to do their job But, really?

I'll be going out of my way to not go here. Boxes all over the place, some empty, some full. Some isles you can't even walk down. No carts to use.

It looked like the store was closing. Shelves were empty and there was trash on the ground. There were boxes everywhere so I'm not sure if I just happened to catch them in between a big redo of the stock but it was a Saturday afternoon and I would think they would do huge stock swaps on weekdays. This place truly looked like the manager had been out of town for a month and left no one in charge. I love Joann's so I will be back and will update my review in the future.

Christina and Ainsley (hope ai spelled that right.)gave the best customer service I've seen in years. They took time with this first timer shopping for fabric) I had no idea what I was doing. They were so patient and kind! Kudos to both of them!
