Jenn was absolutely phenomenal in helping us find a new home. We used her services just over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Even after closing the deal she helped us to remove some unwanted trees and helped to stabilize a porch deck. She goes above and beyond expectations to ensure you are nothing less than happy. Not only would I use her again in the future, but I would also recommend her to everyone I know looking to get in a new home. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

Jenn helped my husband and I purchase our first home back in December'22. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to requirements for the VA Loan. When viewing homes, Jenn does not make you feel like you're interacting with a sleazy sales person, but rather a true genuine professional. Jenn also will only ever refer contacts who she works well with and who are also genuine. Her relationship also doesn't end at the closing of the home. We had an issue arise a couple weeks after the closing and she had our backs. Jenn was in contact right away with the seller's agent and worked to get the issue resolved. Jenn truly is amazing!Reach out to her and see for yourself.

We used Jenn to buy a home when we moved to Washington and then again to sell. She was absolutely amazing. Jenn was excellent at her communication and always got back to us quickly. Her knowledge of real estate was way above average. We really enjoyed working with her as she made the whole process on both side go very smoothly. She was also kind to our children and somehow always remembered little details and would bring gifts-Jenn is a very thoughtful and kind person who knows the business inside and out- and highly recommended her to anyone. So much glowing things to say. She’s very patient, professional, diplomatic, flexible, understanding, knowledgeable, and just flat out a good human being! Seller agents desire to work with her! Over the years I have had a chance to work with several real estate agents, both as a buyer and seller. I have to say, Jenn was by far the best I have had the pleasure to work with. She tended to every step promptly, efficiently and professionally and her communication skills were top notch! Her approach is very proactive which makes everything much less daunting. She is AWESOME! I will definitely use her services in the future and would encourage anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional real estate agent to do the same!

Jenn is a rarity in this field. She goes above and beyond to compensate for all the other shortcomings you will experience with others in this process. She is genuine, caring to your needs, and highly skilled at what she does. I will never transact another property without her. She treated us like we were family or friends, and this carries through even beyond the transaction. So glad we were able to connect with her, couldn't recommend her enough.

Jenn was amazing! I am crazy organized, I need all my ducks in a row and all sorts of answers in order to make a decisions and Jenn was always on top of it! I really appreciate this is a realtor. We have done this process multiple times due to being military and this was beyond the best experience.So many realtors just give you houses to look at, but Jenn went above and beyond. She heard us, she informed us, she guided us with knowledge on the area, parks, commute answers and anything relative to our decision. She was always just a phone call away and never treated us like she was too busy to answer my million questions. It was nice to finally be heard by a realtor on what WE needed and be shown houses that reflected that!!Despite a million hiccups in the road on this process she got us through all of them. Highly recommend!!

Use Jenn as your realtor! She’s amazing!! We are a military family and contacted Jenn before we moved to our next duty station in Washington. She helped us become familiar with the areas around JBLM and helped us narrow down homes in our price range to look at. She took us around to tour homes once we arrived in Washington and made our home selection easy. Jenn made our home buying experience very stress and hassle free. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and very knowledgeable regarding a military move. I can’t recommend Jenn enough!
