The service was okay but the salon itself felt dirty and unkept. My dip manicure lasted as long as usual but the cleanliness will stop me from going back.

I have been going here for probably a year now and they always do a really good job and it's clean as well! The people are really friendly and are always open to doing designs and i have found they really care and listen to what you have to say. My friends and i tried a different salon this morning just because and idk if maybe i'm just a super perfectionist but i thought they were SO ugly they were all uneven and chunky and lumpy and lopsided as you can see in the photos. I genuinely could not stand having those on my hands any longer so i went to Ivy nails (where i usually go) and Anne was happy to fix my nails. She shaped them super nicely and i was so relieved and she told me it was important to her to do great work on all her clients which i thought was really nice! Their nails are a little more expensive than other salons but the quality is worth the small amount more that they charge.

Ivy is the best! Not only is she such a kind person, she does excellent work with nails. I’ve never had a bad experience with her. She pays attention to detail and my nails always look beautiful!

I've been going to Ivy Nail & Spa for over 10 yrs. now. The team there always does a great job! They take care of me and I am grateful for their wonderful service. Try the deluxe mani and pedi. You won't be disappointed. They even design and paint a flower, or snowflake, or whatever...on my big toes. So fun!

Nice people I got a fill and in less than a couple days a couple of them lifted and the week I lost 4 nails, they just use a very thin layer or acrylic and work fast so the nails can't sustain for long, but they are willing to try designs

Not a good experience, and it's definitely not the quality for the price. Also, she used the electric nail drill under my nails and went so far as was extremely painful, and there's was blood.
