We met Frank Gallo about 10 years ago at one of his planning sessions. We were impressed immediately, particularly when Frank advised me to run over and collect my Social Security .a month later around Christmas I met Frank at the Mall food court with a sizeable check for deposit to a new account I was a little nervous since I didn't know Frank very well.
