I'm In Stitches has been a tremendous branding partner for Highstreet Advertising. Not only do they provide valuable insight into which articles of clothing will work best, but they also know exactly how stitch counts and thread colors will look on the clothing. As a bonus to our own and clients' projects, Gerald provides a stitch-out for new projects. This allows us the ability to see what a logo will look like prior to being stitched on a jacket or shirt, further preventing problems and waste of resources. So when a client asks where they should have their embroidery project done, we always refer them to I'm In Stitches.

I'm In Stitches has supplied the uniforms for my daughter's lacrosse team (as well as all of the Puyallup lacrosse teams) for years. In addition to providing high-quality work that lasts forever, Gerald, the owner, is a first-rate communicator. He has responded to my questions or "emergencies" as team manager at all hours, on weekends, etc. He has made emergency runs for us when I know his plate was already full. Grade A customer service and high-quality merchandise, you just can't go wrong with I'm In Stitches!

Words can not express my satisfaction with "I'm in Stitches!" I had placed an order online for the first time to implement our logo for our dog walking and pet sitting service Tails R A Waggon on assorted apparel with another company. Unfortunately, that online company could not get our items to us in time for us to travel and wear to a pet related convention. I contacted Gerald at "I'm in Stitches" with a very, very short notice. Not only did he do an amazing job, he sent us a video of the process but he managed to get all our logo wear to us before we needed to travel. His communication and commitment to help us was unprecedented. He even delivered them to our home to ease our stress. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!!! Outstanding service and products! Love them and will do plenty of future business with them!!!! Thank you Gerald!!!! Sorry for the duplicate photos. I couldn't get them deleted to one.

Our company has been going to Gerald for a few years to get our jackets and shirts embroidered/printed with our logo. He is professional, responsive, and does fantastic work. This year, we redesigned our logo and ordered new t-shirts and jackets for our employees. Gerald was wonderful to work with as usual: giving us a rundown of the different kinds of shirts available, setting up the new logo design, and making sure we had them in hand by our requested date. We just received them yesterday and they look wonderful, are of good quality, and I'm sure the team will really like them. Thanks!

I worked with Gerald to design custom embroidered logo running hats for my company and they turned out great! Gerald was very quick to respond to emails (within minutes) and really nice to work with. The embroidery is really well done and the quick turnaround in less than a week was incredible! Also, the prices were pretty reasonable, especially considering the quality of product. I'll definitely be working with them again for our next embroidered project.
