I had Carol do my taxes and she claimed she submitted the tax return however, I just got notified that she’s trying to steal my tax return
I went into another Location and they said that she never submitted my tax return in there system
Luckily, I had emailed documentation to show the other H&R Block Location They Informed me they had past clients who had these issues with this location before

Waited an extra 30 days to complete my taxes based on not getting a call back from the agent when the Solar tax credit form was approved by the IRS. Satisfied, but not happy.
