I DO NOT recommend this location!! I had 3 tax "professionals" lie to me and make my filing experience horrible. The first issue was partially my fault, as I was filing a few new forms and didn't know how to go about it. I was missing a w2 and never attempted to file with a missing form. the first Lady (carles)told me it would be no issue to file without the w2. As soon as I call to complain about my funds being with held from me she said "yeah I said you'd have to amend it" her exact words to me were "you can amend it at a later date, whenever you get the w2 we'll just add it" my funds have been held from me for a month now. The second lady (angela) I seen attempted to tell me that they hadn't recieved their payment from my refund when it clearly said "PAID" across her screen and told me I could only amend it through the mail, i paid extra to have it certified just for it to get lost in the mail. After a failed mailing attempt I called in again and was told I didn't need to mail it and she could have sent it through electronically. The final person (alex) to help me told me it would only take a few days for my amended return to be approved and processed, he lied as it takes up to 20 WEEKS for it to be processed and even then i might not be able to recieve my funds until NEXT YEAR. Ive paid $170 for the tax preparation and $54 on my amended return but have yet to recieve my funds. 3 people from this location have completely screwed me over, I have been to 4 other H&R block locations and have never had this issue. My other refund has been approved but is wanting for a deposit day until the amended return is approved and processed. Please use any other location as they clearly do not care about their clients, just about getting their pay.

I have rarely felt so taken advantage of by a company. The ability to listen to your customers, especially in the tax field, is paramount. I feel like the supposed professionals I spoke with did not listen to me, did not care about my situation, and refused to take responsibility (even a little bit) for their mistakes.
Angela Hunt does not return phone calls.
Alex can't relay simple messages.
Supervisor Kathy leaves is incapable of speaking without condescension
I communicated respectfully and clearly in all cases- asked for them to take a minimum of responsibility. It is a shame my hand was forced into writing this review. Humanity sucks, this branch of H&R Block only reinforces that.
