Dr. Bruce Baker did not document things correctly in my visit notes. He told me to just stop taking a medication before starting to taking a new one rather than wean off of it, which he stated differently in the notes. He also documented that I had said something which I had NOT. I have visited him three times and every time I have left I felt completely disregarded and after reviewing the notes, gaslit. Documenting things incorrectly in medical practice can be dangerous. He is not a good doctor. The office staff and MA's have always been friendly.

I was looking for primary care. So, I made an appointment with Katelyn Neufeld which took about a month to see her. On Monday, the day before my appointment, I took the time to fill out the necessary document online which took about 30 minutes. On the day of the appointment, at 9:00 am (work day), I was looking forward to meeting someone who potentially be my primary care. The front desk gal asked for my ID and insurance card. She scanned it and then handed me a letter informing me Katelyn would be leaving within a couple of months. I'm thinking, why the hell didn't they call me before showing up to this appointment? I turned around and walked out of the office. I chose not to be part of HorizonView Health which demonstrated how my time is not valued.

I have been coming to Horizon View Health for several years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about Doctor Baker and his gang! From the front office staff, all the way back to his Medical Assistants, Doctor Baker's got a really great staff! There is one Medical Assistant in particular that I'd like to recognize, and her name is Deanna. She has worked tirelessly on getting prior authorizations from my insurance for my medications, and I have dealt with my new (more expensive) insurance... she gets a "GOLD Star" in my book!!The reason for my post today, was because I had an appointment with Doctor Baker on Tuesday, and Deanna checked me in, and as we were talking, she scolded me for doing something that I shouldn't be doing, and we both just laughed, but I had the BEST laugh I've had since my good friends from back home moved away a couple years ago.I went in there to check my A1C, and I walked out of there feeling Great!!The personal relationships that Horizon View Health employees build with their patients, it's not just special, it's individual to each patient and this allows the patients to feel so comfortable and free enough.... to just laugh out loud!

Since you decided to delete my review, I'll leave another on my wife's account.I've always had good things to say about this place, but my last visit was not good to say the least. LaNett Davis is probably the most unprofessional and unpleasant medical assistant I've ever encountered. The attitude I recieved from her simply by just asking questions was absolutely horrible. It made the whole visit very uncomfortable.

Thorough, well thought out and planned patient care, and a team approach, with care and compassion.

I will never return here. I was ignored and everyone I interacted with was very curt and acted irritated. I felt like a nuisance and that I was taking up their time. Parking is also horrible.

I came here for some therapy as I am struggling with some personal stuff. The whole time I am talking the only thing the therapist was doing was nodding her head and saying ya uh huh ya. Even giving me weird staring eyes and glares. I came here for help not to feel judged and intimated. I left with no good help whatsoever. I will be looking elsewhere for a therapist that is willing to help me. This is NOT the place.

She spent the time to make my mom feel really comfortable. The office staff could not be any nicer and helpful. It’s refreshing in this day and age.

I originally came to Horizon Health for their medical weight loss program and learned so much in 12 weeks. The front office staff are friendly & efficient. The providers you see while part of the 12 week program are all fantastic. Since I was so happy with care provided, I now see Ericka Gilson for primary care and she is wonderful. I feel like I am heard and she really takes her time with me.

Being bounced around and brushed off by multiple doctors made me extremely wary of trying a new office. My ARNP Katelyn Neufeld was understanding, sympathetic, and VERY thorough with me in regards to my health, and medical history. She never once wrote off my concerns or attempted to try to skirt around any of the questions I had. For that I can only say that I 100% recommend her to anyone who's ever had a bad experience elsewhere.

Absolutely the best. Dr Baker takes the time to listen, he never seems to be in a hurry, he is one of the few that cares

Been going here for 3 years and I've only had positive experiences with all the staff. My concerns are thoroughly listened to and I never feel rushed out. I feel well taken care of here.

Dr. Gilson is the sweetest person. She was professional yet so relatable. She was extremely intelligent and seemed to really care about her patients. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Also, her nurse was so sweet and very helpful. Reception was efficient and knowledgeable. Facilities were clean and seemed new.
