Everyone there was so kind, professional, knowledgeable and fast! They got out to the scene within minutes and had my car on the truck and out of there faster than I could blink. I’m so greatful they were there in my time of stress!

This place is NO GOOD!! I got there when they opened Monday morning, They took my money like everything was good to go, After my cash was tucked away... She said oh by the way the yard got broken into last night your truck was one of em.They told me call my insurance they weren't liable. My window was busted my system was gone dash was destroyed. An they still charged me full price for locking it in the yard.

Expensive but cheaper than having my car vandalized. I think their daily storage fee is outrageous at $66 per day!

The only reason this place gets ANY stars is because of Kim. She was somewhat kind and very helpful when my partner and I went to pick up his vehicle. She even informed us about the dispute process when the we argued the bill was unfair and met us at the door with a copy of some papers we requested a few days later.HOWEVER, the man that works there is RUDE. 1) I called several times to try to collect the vehicle on my partner’s behalf and he explained that he can only release the car to the person on the registration—but when I explained that my partner didn’t have his ID and wasn’t going to be able to get a replacement or even a temporary ID for weeks because his wallet was IN the car he refused to let me or anyone else search the vehicle for his wallet/ID, even after I explained my partner was homeless and living out of his car. 2) He then proceeded to complain in a totally unprofessional manner about how he doesn’t like letting people go through their cars because “these tweakers take forever.” I reminded him that sometimes people are just HOMELESS and need time to get their things in order, especially if they are not able to redeem their car and have to just clear out their belongings.Also, even though you can’t pick your car up on weekends, they still charge you storage fees for those days. It’s state sanctioned ROBBERY. Ugh.

Called they said they would tow my car home ,well that did not happen so i called back and no one would anwser the phone.So tried calling the next day and there was no problem they towed my car and the service was great.

Must be a difficult business. They typically interact with people who's car has been impounded or taken away from the scene of an accident a loved one has been involved in (my situation). They treated me very fairly and with compassion, and walked me through options to help me address this promptly. Thanks!
