A huge thank you to Ty, Dean, Chase and the Harnish Chevrolet staff. We initially stopped by to look at a used car we saw on their site, but it had just been listed and wasn’t quite ready to show. Ty worked to ensure we would get basically “first dibs” on it if we wanted to come back the next day. We did, and he had it pulled right up front and ready to show. It ended up not being the right fit, but Ty listened and patiently helped us zero in on everything we were looking for in our next ride. After some pleasant negotiations on final price and features, that perfect vehicle ended up being a 2024 Trax and we love it. Ty, you’re the man and we’ll be back!

Will never come back. After buy 3 cars and friends buying some, we get treated like crap and then screeched my truck 2 times in services shop. Worst service ever

They have the worst customer service and everything is over priced like all dealerships never had a good experience with them even when it comes to my free oil changes they suck they will schedule you for 11 and takes them 2 hours just to change it call for pricing they make you sit on hold for 20 minutes they should have all that info on the computer on all data

David is an awesome sales person. The experience working with David is what every car purchase should be. Here’s some detail:1. He took the time to understand my personal needs for my next purchase.2. He took time to understand what I wanted to accomplish financially.3. The deal he put together was generous on my trade, provided me the payments I was looking for, and was well structured for how I will be using my car.4. The dealership made the process quick and easy. There was no waiting around. Between test drives to finance I was in and out in about 3 hours.5. They were generous with my trade allowance, beating out multiple other dealer quotes.6. David was attentive to detail and provided me a comprehensive delivery process. I walked away without any questions.This dealership knows how to treat a customer and make the process feel right. I couldn’t be more happy with my new RDX.I wish I’d visited this lot sooner vs. going to the Larson Automotive Group. Hinshaw’s helped right a bad deal I’d received from Audi Tacoma.I’m looking forward to driving my RDX and purchasing another vehicle from David in the future. Let the countdown begin!

Absolutely horrible salespeople running your business. I understand sales tactics but when they turn into bold faced lies, over and over it’s crossing the line. as a local Puyallup resident I was hoping for more but you’ve lost my business.

Just bought a 2014 Buick encore. Can’t say it was the shortest day of my life we look ant an enclave but it was accidental being sold to two people at one time. Aaron our sales guy was working hard for us when he found out and had to tell us. We were moved to work with Ryan because we were so upset. Ryan went out of his way to find us a beautiful car! He literally ran around looking for this new arrival car. In addition he managed on a holiday weekend to reach my bank. He made the sting of the lost car right. Both Aaron and Ryan did a wonderful job! We are blessed to have a car that met our requirements for the loan we needed! Thanks Angelique irwin

Buyer beware horrible experience with these people. Super high pressure, The little round the block test drive is not adequate, I ended up buying a car I hate. had I been able to take it on the Highway I would have known straight away. I will never be back!

The last time I bought a car here it was a nightmare and against my better judgement I thought maybe it was a fluke and referred them to my brother. BIG mistake, I regret that decision completely. My brother bought a certified used car and they made a big deal about all the work that goes into certifying the car and about how great it was going to be after it got detailed and blah blah blah. One of the issues I brought up was the dings on the car and the salesman said they would take care of it which was a selling point. So, the car was purchased and they said it would be about a week to do the service and have the car detailed. When the car was picked up, the dings were still there, chip in the windshield, and the headliner in the interior was filthy. I contacted the salesperson who sold the car and he said there was nothing they could do. After letting them know we were planning to return the car, a manager said they would get the issues taken care of and someone from service would contact me to schedule an appointment. So I wait and wait..and wait. The whole time I'm communicating with the manager that no is contacting me. FINALLY after almost a week, I get an appointment scheduled. When we get the car back, there are STILL dings on the car, the chip on the window was done do poorly people on TikTok literally thought it was done with superglue and the interior was still filthy. No doubt they just did a haphazard job on it to get it out of the way, it was blindingly obvious. I contacted the manager to explain the situation, we do the whole song and dance again, it takes days for service to contact me, get an appointment scheduled, send pics of the windshield and explain there's now a warning light that's turning on for no reason. They said they would check it out and if it's an electrical issue it's covered under warranty. The car gets taken in and my brother was there for about five minutes and they said, they don't know why the light is turning on and they can't fix the windshield any better. I contacted the manager and explained that my brother has to drive up from Olympia and this was a waste of time and gas. Pics were sent beforehand so they could've just said that and if they couldn't repair the windshield in the first place they should've contacted us to let us know because the windshield was WORSE after their "repair" and then when we go back they're saying they can't do anything. Not to mention they looked confused when my brother showed up so I'm pretty sure they didn't even have him on the schedule. After explaining this, they agreed to replace the windshield and do a diagnostic on the electrical and again, same song and dance. Get an appointment scheduled and on the day of the appointment, as my brother is driving up from Oly, he gets a call asking how far he is because the glass guy is there. My brother says about ten min and the service guy says ok. My brother actually made it before ten min and when he gets there he's told the glass guy left. Again, waste of time and gas and I cannot understand why the glass guy wasn't told to hang around for ten minutes because there was a windshield repair scheduled. So now we have an appointment scheduled for next Tuesday. I contacted the manager, explain the situation and by now I'm sure I'm getting called every name in the book but I have to advocate for myself so I let them know that the car is going to get dropped off no matter what and requested they put gas in the car which is the least they can do for all of this..whatever you call it..incompetence maybe? Idk. So now it's a wait and see. I've requested to speak with the owner and who knows if they will get in contact. Judging by the way things are run there, I don't know if they even care. At this point I'm not even going to bring up the fact that the headliner is still filthy and there's still a ding on the car otherwise this entire circus will be never ending.
